Well all I can say is how disappointing, being a Blackpool resident I’ve been meaning to go in for a while now… the place looks so appealing however the atmosphere is non existent and the service is worse than terrible, the guy who served us was incredibly rude and couldn’t be bothered serving us. If my daughter wasn’t so excited I would have turned around and gone straight back out. Cleanliness isn’t great either but the ice creams were pretty good so it’s a shame!

Visited from West Midlands. Went on a Saturday and the upstairs area was closed off on a sunny day in June? When does it actually get opened? The two free tables were full of dirty plates. Finding a menu as you walk in was kind of awkward. My mother in law decided she wanted something after we had our and the till staff tried to take the menu away from her as she was reading it? Why so possessive of the paper menu? The till staff weren't that friendly and all seemed like they hated their jobs. The floors seemed littered with paper enough to make me a little uncomfortable that the place wasnt clean enough.Despite this the ice cream was really nice. I had a sundae and recommend sharing as it was way too much for one person.Other had the warm cookie dough or brownie? Either way it looked nice but portions didnt need to be so big. Theyd probably save money bringing the size down.

Been here a few times, last time was Sat 26.03, Honestly the puddings are amazing, I came here last with my wife & 2 kids and honestly, we got a 2 puddings to share between 4 of us & it was too much! the portions are great and food tastes loveley.1 gripe I've had, not with the the last visit but the 1 before. Loads of mucky tables downstairs and when I asked for 1 to be cleaned so I could sit down with my daughter, I was told to go sit upstairs as they were busy (they were busy) - I've sat upstairs before and it's horrible, it's always boiling up there especially in the summer and there's no air con.

Went here whilst on holiday and it was really nice. It's a bit expensive but the quality of the items/cakes you can get make up for it really. Nice cozy atmosphere too.

A very wet evening and we needed an ice cream fix, on looking at the reviews creams cafe was picked out and boy did we pick good. The shop was very quiet and we were greeted by a nice member of staff who showed us to a table. The menu was very extensive with a bit of everything for everybody. After ordering at the counter it wasn't many minutes before the first of five different desserts were delivered to the table. The desserts were very great and freshly made, beware they are big so don't go in after eating a large meal as you will not be able to eat it all.I would definitely go back when we are next in Blackpool.

Had to give it four stars and not five as they didn't have alot of the cheese cakes I wanted. No red velvet ice cream or topping choice on the waffle cheesecake we had. However the oreo ice cream is beautiful.

Me & my Boyfriend visited this cafe on the 1st of August as there's not many places that do decent Vegan deserts for me, I saw this place on Google as we are from Scotland & was going down to Blackpool for the weekend. My boyfriend got the Millionaires Waffle & I got the Vegan Chocolate Waffle, They were DELICIOUS!! The waffles were bigger than we thought they would of been, If your not a big eater your probably better sharing the waffles. I would of gave 5 stars if the staff asked if everything was okay after we received the deserts, A little more interaction with the customers would be nice. But apart from that everything was good.

Nice, wide range of desserts on offer. Most come with vanilla soft-serve which isn't exactly gelato. Quite a few seats, but mediocre customer service. On our visit, the store was 1/3 busy but it still took around 15m to bring our food. I would visit again, but wouldn't rush to do so.

Was quite expensive to eat here. I was hoping it was going to be worth it but it simply was not. We ordered mainly the vegan deserts and they were just average

We went to Blackpool on a day trip and wanted some ice cream. I was extremely disappointed by Cream Cafe. The lady behind the counter asked if we were eating in or taking out whilst we were considering flavours, we took a moment longer to reply and just as we were about to reply she repeated herself. This was unnecessarily loud and in a rude manner as if we did not understand her. We had to promptly make our choice and then pay. This is the worst part. We paid in cash and she returned our change in five 10p coins rather than a single 50p, this was seemingly done out of pettiness from the earlier interaction rather than a shortage of 50p coins. We assume this as she did not explain why our change was given in such an inconvenient form.Lastly the ice cream we bought was the rocher chocolate, it was simply put one of the worst ice creams we have tasted. It was grainy with minimal chocolate flavour and none of the smooth texture high quality ice cream has. Ice cream from any supermarket would cost a fraction of the price and would taste far better.I am extremely disappointed by this experience and would strongly discourage any prospective customers from eating here.
