Dining Room at G Casino Sandcastle in Blackpool

Good place clean but no food available for half an hour then items we asked for three ones not available

Absolute joke checked on grosvenor app stated £25 poker game got there paid cash to then when playing be told they was paying out in vouchers, at no point did any member of staff or on the app did it state payout in vouchers, traveled over 100 mile trip all round for this, will not be going again and advise anyone playing any game here to check you will be getting paid cash before handing over money, when speaking to the on site manager he didn't care didn't even ask for my name and just blamed the GM.

Great place to chill out. Best time in my opinion is mid week. During the season it is very busy. Live music is entertaining but very very loud

First stop was the restraunt for a meal, setting and service were fantastic, the menu although not large had a good variety, drinks came out quick, and starters followed not long after, the food was amazing, well presented, full of flavour and a good size, everything was cleared away quickly, mains were brought out after a nice break, and again the food was fantastic, full of flavour, prices aren't cheap but definately worth it.Downstairs in the casino the staff are friendly and helpful, bar prices are good, even if you don't want to play the tables, it's a great place to go and chill out and have a few drinks, definately worth going.

All staff excellent. But I was disappointed with casino, as we like the slot machines the floor space was spaced. Not our choice

Fantastic atmosphere, friendly staff (nothing was too much trouble) and fantastic price for food and premium spirits
