Dixyland Chicken & Ribs in Blackpool

Well what can I say ,I havnt had dixy in years reason being I was put of it because of it being to greasy,so I thought I would treat meself for me birthday,I'm so glad I did took me back intime when we first had it was so nice coleslaw just the same best I have ever tasted chips were a bit dry but the chicken lovely I will be ordering again well done guys xx

Cheaper than kfc but full of oil in the box

Ordered food from here tonight 28/02/2022 and not only did it come without some of the food I ordered but when I rung them they said it would take over an hour to get the rest of my order and would not replace any of the food that was freezing cold all they said is they would give me extra food ? Very disappointed and very disgusting food will never order from this place again

Eat from here all the time......food is amazing always so good, hot and on time, all the staff are lovely aswell. Deffo reccomend to all 😁😁😁

Lovely food shame about the women serving it as she was mardy and rolled her eyes when asked for sauces

So much better than kfc. More flavour and everything very hot. We ate in. Will be on my list of favourites when we next visit Blackpool.

Ordered from here tonight and will not be ordering from here again. The ribs were cold, the chicken was cold and greasy. Chips were rock solid and like the other food...they were cold. I thought since it would be under new management the food would have improved but it hasn't. I won't be ordering from here again.

Women at counter was rude. She took my order I swiped card. Then a few minutes later she said order didn't go through. I asked for receipt to say order didn't go through. She argued and got other staff to say I didn't need receipt. She just kept saying didn't go through u can order again though etc. I said I want reciept to say it didn't go through. Other staff kept supporting her. In end she gave me reciept to say order was canceled didn't go through. Otherwise your paying for something ur not getting. She was rude won't go there again.
