Dutton Arms in Blackpool

All tables needed a wipe down. Place looked run down. We ordered food and drink then I visited ladies toilets. Disgusting state, dirty, lots of grafitti in cubicles and a terrible bad drain stench. Too late to cancel food but when it came it was ok. Wouldnt go back though as too dirty and run down. 😒

Went in for a game of pool ,only about 8 people in ,football on nobody's watching as we asked we ask if we could have music on where the pool table was but the arrogant member of bar staff point blank refused at anything we asked for seemed to be an effort and was very rude so all five of us finished our dri ks and leftNot a good experience at all , the place looked clean and tidy but social skills and customer experience skills was non existence with this male bar member at all , shocking 😑

Been here 3 times this week on our hols and we been treated great. Staff very friendly. Amazing pub. will be back again.

great place on the prom towatch live sports and to eat. however can get busy during weekends. but the staff arfe very friendly and helpful and look after us locals which many pubs dont these days. enjoy the laughter and friendly banter.

Nice bar and staff....great location,food nice too

Came in yesterday and wasn't busy but was very warm and cosy we loved it. Enjoyed the food and the staff were very friendly behind the bar was a delightful happy lad we didn't get a name but he wore a red shirt and had glasses on. He told us about Blackpool and even suggested where to go to eat and drink in town which we liked as not many places would do that. So thank you. We will be back again.

Very tasty juicy burgers. Good priced meal deal that included a drink. Would have been better if there was more choice of ales. Also it was a shame that many of the popular food items were out of stock during my visit

Popped into this little seafront pub today for a few, it wasn't too busy being midweek, but there was at most times 2 then later 3 members of staff behind the bar so definitely enough to make sure all customers were seen to.we spent a few hours there and were served by a lovely girl called Teigan and very friendly lad called Grant, generally the place was clean and tidy, the beer was good and 100% the great staff made our visit.

Decent enough bar, with a good gin selection. The beer selection isn’t as great. Food is available although I didn’t opt for food as I visited for drinks. Took a while to get served, but I suppose it was bank holiday Sunday. The only thing I would change is if the toilets didn’t smell so bad
