El Taco Loco in Blackpool

My daughter ate here, well I say "ate" and "here" loosely. Firstly, her taco was stale, the chicken was cold and the taco was filled with lettuce, cheese and sour cream. Taco's traditionally have a lot more. Either way, she then ordered some fries which she waited 15 minutes for until the person who was working their disappeared from sight. She then had to ask the person in the next stall where the person had gone because she'd ordered fries. They ended up giving her some fries as they obviously had no clue where he'd gone. Avoid like the plague.

Says it's open at 9am - 6pm on Friday. I am here at 11:36 and it's empty no lights on and no sign to say if there was a problem. Don't advertise a time if you have no intention of opening.

Use to be amazing but prices have gone up and quality has gone down sadly also would of been nice if they did delivery

Good food but there is always a wait here.

Good Burritos, communal seating area , quick service

i work in retail and the customer service I received was sackable. Horrendous, the guy looked bored and had no intention to interact with the customer or even smile for that matter. The rice in the burrito was hard like it had been cooked then sat for hours in a tub. The taco shells were stale and the chicken was probably just warm enough for somebody to not say it's cold.0/10 we were the only customers to come and go the whole time we were at the food court. Now I know why.

Discusting slightly warm old GM fries stale tacos very waxy cheese & passing pico de galeo of as salsa totally unmexican the sales girl polite & friendly shame about the food one crazy taco hence the name
