placed an order paid for food but no delivery, tried phoning ther take away went to the take away found it to be closed permanantly, so they are still taking orders fraudulently. Police have been involved and awaiting investigation. DO NOT PLACE ORDER with this take away.

Rude Staff, dirty place. Horrible food

I asked for 6 burgers and one slice of pie and ended up recieving 2 burgers and the pie came back frozen. Tried to raise this complaint with the cook and he teared open some BBQ sauce and yeeted it in my direction - he missed and it went all over an old woman's backside behind me. Just 2 more minutes in the microwave and a pen and paper for your orders wouldn't hurt.

Food was Good when we are there . Another time we walked out before we ordered as the music was just too loud for our autistic ears! We didn’t want to eat our meal with loud music

I've been waiting for my order for an hour only to get told its cancelled because they are closed why let me place an order and have me waiting, it also says online open I started off hungry now regret nit just making something at home . ☹

I went into the flames take away shop tonight and was dealt with pure rudeness. me and my partner were made to feel very un-welcome and awkward throughout the whole time there. when I asked for more sauce on my food I was confronted with a load of attitude and dirty looks. when trying to pay, the card machine was placed in front of me as I was looking for a place to insert my card then man persisted to grab my card off me and tap it on the contactless part of the machine which I was not happy about as he should not be touching my card due to covid 19 more to the point he should never snatch anyones card out of their hand and confront them with eye rolling and attitude as they are trying to locate the card insert on the card machine. my partner ordered chicken which she was shorted of aswell. I Will never be returning to this sad excuse of a restaurante due to the foul behaviour of the staff and the way they think its OK to treat customers. avoid at all costs

Ordered a meal for the family from Flames, collected it from the shop, got back to see half missing, rang and told them to be made like i was a liar, then the man said he will get it sorted etc, an hour later, still waiting, rang up to be told his drivers busy was i waiting for the food!!! Avoid!! Plastic pizza, horrid slimey garlic sauce, anemic kebab meat, YAK!
