Gardeners Arms in Blackpool

The Gardner's Arms were the host for our parents' vow renewal, and went above and beyond for us. Couldn't do enough and decorated the table beautifully. The food was gorgeous, drinks fresh, a brilliant price and lovely atmosphere. Thanks so much for having us, it was perfect for what we wanted. Xxx

A large party of us went for dinner this evening, we pre ordered our food and didnt have long to wait at all for our food when we arrived. All of the food was lovely and our little boy is gluten free and there is a wide choice for him which is unusual. Will definitely be back. Lovely friendly service and staff.

Great food at a reasonable price. I had the mixed grill and was full to bursting. Good choice of beers too...will deffo return.👍

The food was inconsistent. My mum ordered a curry which was not available, so she had a lentil vege option (enjoyable), and my husbands burger was nice. My Buffalo cauliflower salad was very disappointing for the price- it had just leaves with the cauliflower in the middle and no peppers nor tomatoes…-also No dressing and none was available (just salad cream or mayonnaise). The Buffalo cauliflower had little taste and lots of the salad leaves had brown bits on them. It would be better to remove this dish from the menu as it was not worth the money. I would not rush to come here to eat again, which is a shame as we were looking for a nice local pub with football screens for matches. We also ordered potato skins for a starter and they had no sour cream garnish, and some sad looking leaves on the plate as well.

Burgers were amazing and not over priced. Staff and service great. Only downside was we felt like we were in a crèche. Lots screaming kids running around. Took the nice pub atmosphere away, real shame as a lovely place but really put me off. I thought places had a limit to parents drinking when looking after children.

Plenty of space to meet up with family...really good staff..I'm lactose intolerant,so have to check the wine has no egg or milk(Hardy's got egg/milk)barman Nate remembered wat wine I cud hav.. amazing.

As much as we love the gardeners on a social basis we decided to put the Christmas honour of the most important part of the day in their hands! Food haha! Although the food we have throughout the year is the best for the price you pay and the quality is always top notch Christmas dinner is a different kettle of fish especially for the price of a 3 course meal for under £38 per person. Well we were not disappointed whatsoever! 5* food for 3* prices! Staff were amazing even though they should have been at home with their own family they treated us as one of their own! Absolutely amazing Christmas Day and can’t wait to come back again xx

Food was lovely , we had a private booth which was great , excellent value for food and drinks . Very pleasant staff .

Recently refurbished and a new menu has been introduced.Russ and Sarah and the rest of the team are really friendly.Great range of beers including Carling and Moretti.Conservatory is a great space and available for hire.Food is quick, hot and good value!Will definitely come here again.

Food not as goodPut new menu portions a lot small sysff is great food only 3*. New comment. Here today have eaten most off it be it was swimming in grease had to use tissue to get the grease of meal also staff not as friendly in fact rude 17/11/18Was here 16/12/18 has just been refurbished they have done a good job.But sadly they have made a balls of the food menu especially BREAKFAST they give you 2 small chipolata sausage 1 piece of bacon 1/2 tomato, beans with chips???? We as Re in England NOT America you have spoilt the English breakfast, the toast is a slice of bloomer not a good idea to toast bloomer, and the coffee is served in the small very wide neck cups, so coffee is cold. Staff are very nice but MARSTON S YOU'VE MADE A BALLS OFF THE BREALFAST. Sorry but you only 2STARS.
