Harry Ramsden at the Tower in Blackpool

Well what can I say about this place!Dont get me wrong the food was ok,nothing spectacular for a Harry Ramsdens which was disappointing....They had seating to eat in or you could take out,me and my daughter decided to eat in..The ketchup was 30p a go for a small sauce,The knifes and folks were wooden ones and not very good at that! I did ask if they had some proper metal cutlery and the lady replied no it's a take away,but it's an eat in one as well so I was surprised on there not being any!We were seated at our table and I heard this voice from beyond shout the food is ready,I asked does it not get brought over and this lady cleaning tables replied it's not a restaurant it's a take away! She was proper miserable to say the least 😒I'm disappointed to say the least and wont be going back again,I spent nearly £30 on 2 fish n chips,1 tea and 1 Sprite and wished I'd spent it on somat else..

Staff very nice. Worst fish supper very dry and hard, not much fish either. Had better from outside vendors. I couldn't recommend. Queue to order unless u use an app.

Classic fish n chips for the over 60s in Blackpool. I felt we had to do this, and am glad we did. Only £9.99.

In many of my travels to Blackpool over the decades this was my 1st time stopping for tea here. WOW DELICIOUS ❣😋You sit at the table figure out what you want, then go to the counter give your table number and order. With a limited bar Mom had a pink gin and tonic, I sipped on coke cola with lemon.We both had the £9.95 senior 60 + fresh cod fish and chips (you had the choice between haddock or cod ) then for desert we had hot bread pudding with warm custard 🤤😍 the staff was cheerful, the dining areas well light upFinished the meal with a nice hot pot of tea.Definently coming back next time I'm in the UK

Amazing food, friendly staff, would recommend the combo starter, battered sausage is amazing, very clean dinning area and toilets also.

Came in early this afternoon 9/3/2022 to get out of the weather and grab a bite to eat and get warm. Decided to visit as I haven’t been in quite a while and many places on the promenade are still closed due to the season.Ordered the regular cod and chips, curry and a soft drink.It was absolutely wonderful. Cooked to perfection! Lovely crisp batter and the fish was nice and flaky inside and what a big piece of fish it was! Peas were just right. Not a grainy texture like you get sometimes. It was so nice to see all the staff smiling! The girls that were seating everyone down were so bubbly and the two lady chefs in the kitchen were busy doing their work with big smiles on their faces. It’s so rare to see people enjoying their jobs these days so it was really refreshing. They are a credit to you as a company. Will be coming again very very soon.

Good quality fish 🐟 and well prepared. Comfortable seating areas and open longer than other similar restaurants. Quite expensive comparatively.

Nice decor and friendly, helpful staff. Portions were small but food was lovely. Kids desserts were great value, tea was served in a huge pot which kept nice and hot. Would visit again.

Picture is the large cod and chips meal. Food was nice and was able to take away if you couldn't finish it all. Pot of tea not good as it didn't seem clean as tea had a film over it. When asked for a glass of water it was warm and when asked to replace we were looked like we asked the biggest thing ever. Staff whether it was late in the evening didn't seem the friendliest. Place was empty. Toilets could be cleaned as there were spiders and webs across the ceiling.
