Hauze Restaurant in Blackpool

I normally get sushi and the burgers for a takeaway but we decided to eat in tonight, I had the dumplings in broth. Simple dish but we'll executed and lovely. Followed by the best beef stroganoff I've had. 10/10. Good sized portions too. 100% recommended 👌 👍

I went there for my birthday on Saturday 28/5/2022 and was very disappointed. The staff were miserable and the decor was gloomy with wallpaper coming off the wall where we were sat which looked like due to damp. The starter was very nice and my daughter enjoyed her main but my main which was beef stroganoff was pretty tasteless and definitely not made with fillet steak. I asked a member of staff about this and he took my meal to the kitchen, came back empty handed saying it was fillet steak and that is the only steak they get delivered, my meal wasn't brought back and nothing else was offered. I know my steaks and that meal was definitely not made with fillet. Trading Standards will be informed

Wonderfully welcoming and accommodating, and fantastic food, cooked to perfection.Chose this restaurant due to fantastic reviews. I'm currently on a restricted diet and couldn't see anything obvious on the menu for me, but since the restrictions make food a bit boring for me anyway, I thought my family may as well enjoy something delicious, even if I couldn't. I emailed in advance to double check they could accommodate me and there would be something I could eat and they were very positive and willing, informing me they cook everything to order so anything could be left off according to my needs.The person I had emailed came over specifically to take our food order and help me find something from the menu, made different suggestions to make it more interesting, and had even googled the name of the diet I'm on and been out to buy vegan mayonnaise especially for me. They gave me extras of things I could have to make up for bits I couldn't.When my food came, it was exquisitely cooked and managed to be really delicious, despite me not being allowed lots of the things you'd normally use to add flavour! My husband and parents were absolutely delighted with their starters and mains and saying things like 'it was worth coming to Blackpool just so we could eat here' (it's about a 6hr drive for us). We were too full for dessert so I can't comment on that but with friendly, helpful and accommodating staff, and freshly cooked delicious food, I'd thoroughly recommend!!!

Coming from London we were looking for a local sushi fix, where quality sushi is plentiful. Having been recommended Hauze, we gave it a try and were pleasantly surprised.The sushi was plentiful, fresh and tasty. I didn't overly like the cream cheese options as they tasted like they were for children, but other than that - top marks.

Visited the restaurant at the weekend. The decor is nice and modern. The food was excellent. We had Salmon in a Pancake which was delicious. For main we both had Beef Stroganoff which again was lovely. The 3 staff were all nice and friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

This was our first time dining here and it was an absolutely lovely meal. The staff were friendly, nice and clean and a nice atmosphere.Really good choice on the menu.We would definitely recommend and will be going again

Really fantastic place, amazing staff and great sushi. We got the cheesecake with a candle as we mentioned about our anniversary.The only issue for me was a bit dated interior, however I quickly forgot about it having the best food and the best people working there.

I love sushi and have tried many sushi restaurants around the world and I can 100% recommend the sushi from Hauze! Delicious and fresh. We especially loved the samurai rolls, so much so we had to order another plate!

I ordered yesterday and it was fab. I ordered again today and I spent more than 80 pounds in just two days because we loved the food so much. Personally I love the sushies and my hubby loves the pork/chicken in hauze sauce!!! Thank you to the pretty girl who delivered our food. I understand why it came late because I know it could be very busy this time... It is worth the wait anyway. So much love from 🇵🇭 Highly recommended 💯
