Absolutely disgusting customer service never had an issue before ordered food well it looks like its been ran over pizza half cut cheese literally sliding off it garlic bread like cardboard and chips rock hard refusing a refund woman on phone extremely rude never ever will i use this takeaway again

These guys sure know how to make a nice pizza with fresh quality ingredients.

Visiting from Wales for dance competitions ..ordered food under a recommendation...was not disappointed food was really good cheaper than my local kebab house and nicer food delivered within the time slot they said and the driver was really polite definitely use again ...

Fabulous! Only go thereif you are hungry though! The kebabs are enormous and packed with meat. Enough to share or have for breakfast the next morning!

Do not use this takeaway!!!!!!! Ordered food at 9:15, rang them at 10:30 to see where our food was and they said it had been delivered and put the phone down. Rang them back a second time and they said they will send a manager and driver to our house. They never turned up. Rang a third time and they were extremely rude on the phone and tried to accuse us of stealing food. Absolutely disgraceful.

Let down by the Chicken special burger. The Chicken was well over cooked, the bread crumb outer gave it away being very dark and dry. The Calslaw requested not included. The meal was binned. On a better note the mixed meat calzone was ok. Combined with the free garlic bread it was enough for two. At £16.70 you'd expect a lot better.

Not very good experience. Again another review saying breaded chicken with the skin on is not fried chicken. It makes the skin underneath sloppy wet and awful. Way too much sauce on the chicken. The lamb was hard and tasted old. The chips way left in the fryer too long. Donna kebab was cheap. Burger was ok. But the big RIP off was the milkshake. Ordered 2 milkshake and it was Yahoo's. Not good

Ordered chicken and lamb shish kebab tonight and it was amazing!! Piping hot and arrived in half the time stated! Definitely be ordering again. 5*

I've just received my order from Italian Star and it's perfect, average priced and perfect quality! Thank you for the lovely drop off too, considering government guidelines and social distancing Nazar (I think that was his name) was very friendly!
