Delivery driver (red car) decided to sit in his car and call me. Yet clear instructions "Staff at Reception" inconvenience...after 10mins eventually does his job and came to door but with no food. Didn't purchase food sent him packing!

Took payment twice off our party of 4 taking advantage of people on a night out when questioned said they would have to check cameras even when we provided online banking statements to prove make sure you check how much you are being charged people 😡😡😡
