KFC in Blackpool

Ordered through Uber eats and we were sent an order which had my receipt of what I ordered however none of the actual food that was in the bag was correct. Probably someone else’s order. But out of the 9 items I ordered. My sister got her popcorn chicken. So I suppose that’s a bloody upside. Absolutely let down. Tried ringing up, kept getting user busy with no answer. Not going to be ordering again

Actual food was at least correct, albeit lukewarm by the time it had arrived (delivery time was about 5 minutes so was likely packed this way). Missing dip that was paid for, and no spork/napkins like they usually include.

Ordered from here on justeat on Thursday as I had to pick my daughter up and didn't have time to cook we ordered 3 meals with drinks and some sides when it got delivered 1 meal came no drinks and no sides when I rang up to find out where the rest of my food is I was told to ring justeat for a refund cause they couldn't send a driver to deliver the rest of the food wouldn't recommend at all

Ordered 14 pieces party bucket and waited 2 hour. Called them and customer service was awful. Food was absolutely cold and not able to consume. Just waste of money and time.

As usual with KFC it's a bit hit and miss. If you're lucky you'll get a nice freshly cooked meal with thick gravy. If not, you'll get hard, dry chicken that's been sat in the heater for an hour, soggy chips and watery gravy. Unfortunately 7/10 times it's the latter.

Don't have KFC often but have noticed a decline in the quality of their chicken pieces over the years. This branch is like playing the chicken lottery as you never know if you're going to get the right order or not on the drive-through. Won't be going back.

I went to kfc Devonshire road Blackpool on Wednesday 2nd Feb at about 5.30pm as a birthday treat.my son purchased a family bucket of chicken with fries beans and gravy.The drive through was quick but the meal was not.The chicken was not spicy,the skin fell straight off.the gravy was so thick we had to serve with a spoon and it was cold.This is not a meal I would recommend and will not repeatI do not give this any stars and suggest you look into your cooking method.

Been swindled by this outlet 3 times now at the drivethru when my order was short of something. Tonight I dropped through to get a quick meal and sure enough found they hadn't put my mini fillet in. Sick and tired of this outlet ripping me off. Only gave a 1 as 0 isn't available

Chicken was disgusting, oil hadn't been changed, skin was near to black. Always give too many thighs in a bucket rather than mixed, asked for a fillet burger no lettuce, the cheeky b just took the lettuce off rather than fresh, minging unhygienic filth. More bothered about money than quality. Sack the management

Appalled. The staff are rude and clearly don’t know what they are doing. I placed an order through deliveroo waited an hour to then be told it was cancelled. I was then rang by deliveroo to say that kfc had gave my order to the wrong driver and when they was asked to re make it was rude and refused to. To which now I have to wait 72hours for a refund over a worker not doing there job properly.
