Kfc in Blackpool

Hir and miss with customer service, need hearing aids or they are just ignorant sometimes. Food has always been good so that's why I gave a 3 star

I keep coming back for convenience but I have not had a decent meal here for a while, Bread is always hard and Fillets are mostly dry and when I visit the little chip pack is always half full.

No cappucino or hot drinks available and there was no toilet roll in the toilets so we went to McDonalds across the Road on this occasion.Let's hope they can do better next time.

This was one of the best KFC branches that I have been to, where the collect and order points are presented very clearly in bright words! The staff were nice and their service was fast, delivering the large meals that I ordered for me and my friend in a few minutes. I enjoyed a delicious and fresh mighty bucket for one meal in comfortable seating, situated at a clean table with views of the classic franchise frames on the wall!

They refused to do two orders in the drive-through despite one being a collection drive-through order. The also ran out of sauce for the sundae and thought a plain ice-cream was worth £1.50. Staff stood around doing nothing but eating the food they are making despite the floor being littered in chicken and dirt.

Second time we have visited on a Thursday as a treat for my grandson It's the worst KFC I have ever had the misfortune to go too! First time we went we all had a meal, it was ok but seemed more than I thought it should be and I wasn't given a receipt so I will leave it at that. Second time he had the 4 piece boneless dip meal. Really greasy chicken, gravy had a nasty taste again I think I was overcharged! when I asked for a receipt they conveniently couldn't get one. Never again. Avoid

Yesterday I had a terrible experience. I have ordered a zinger burger meal ,and 2 hot wings and creamy mash (additional ) was missing . Horrible service !!!!

Absolutely fumingKFC ORDER THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH WRONG!!!called them, they won't send the correct order, they won't refund the order over the phone, Great customer service !!! All they can say is its not policy, we can't do that 😡😡😡😡KFC is a treat and expensive, Petrol is expensive 😡😡😡😡Matt has had to drive all the way back to get a refund. I don't like giving companies bad feedback on Fb, but I hate poor customer service even more

Drive through order wrong once again... I don't know why it is so hard to add a slice of cheese and hashbrown to a burger that I've paid extra for. I even asked the employee if a tower was possible with the box meal i ordered. £16ish pound for fast food and I don't even get what I ordered. I wasn't even given a receipt to be able to phone them.....Yes I'm now hangry

A little bit rough round the edges i might say, broken glass on the drive though i told the girl on the window she was very reluctant to say i will get someone to clear it. The were delinquent children in the parking area opening car door whilst people were eating, food was just ok I've had better kfc. I don't think i will be returning to this branch anytime soon
