Food hall is brill, the ladies clothing is brill, except the men's one little tiny corner of men's clothing appalling! My husband wasn't happy. Shame

I went into the Blackpool store on 03/06/22 , I was in the food hall but couldn't find everything I needed, a member of staff was so helpful helping me source all the ingredients I needed . Thank you so much Irvine for making it less stressful , excellent customer service , should be more people like you in retail

I went on 31/3 to pick up a click and collect but wasn't sure what to do so found a member of staff (Mary) she was so helpful, nice and friendly. She also helped me with booking for a bra fitting. On 1/1 I went for my bra fitting and seen a lady called Teresa, she put me at ease I was so nervous, she was very helpful and also helped with finding the right bra's for me. Great job ladies keep up the good work

Good size food hall - not too big or small. Would be good to have a meal deal

The fashion may not be haute couture but it is well made and a quality that will last. The food produce is where Marks' really shines though. You cannot fault the cuisine whether in the shop or cafe. All their produce is of a far higher quality than that of its competitors barring maybe Waitrose and even the ready meals are great if a little small.

Bad tempered server in the restaurant. Ordered two items plus two coffees from the menu, checked slip back at table, only one charged for. Server very sarcastic when queried. We noticed later arrivals had been served before us and finished. Spoke to a waiter, who informed us the order was lost(?), but very helpful in getting our order. The stars are for the waiter, don't think we will return.

I visited the Blackpool centre Mark's and spencer location today and have to say it was amazing. Sandra did an excellent job and went out of her way to help me. Thank you so much, Sandra. My stressful christmas eve shopping was an absolute delight thanks to you.

What is happening to this store? Top floor closed and stock reduced, understandable if clothes aren’t selling but the food hall is reduced by half leaving nothing but basics. The days of going in and finding exciting fresh produce to cook are a thing of the past,. Small veg / fruit selection, little fresh protein and two small freezers, half the shelving area sectioned off by more than enough sweet shelves! Aside from packet / microwave meals the selection is dire! It’s so poor it is dropping off many peoples shopping lists for essential places to food purchase! The space is available but not being used and if the food hall dies then M and S Blackpool will be no more!

Good food hall, cafe is often quiet and the food is if the usual M&S quality! That said, when the town is busy in the season, the cafe can be a little slow. I like the collect by car service that let's you come back later and pick up your purchases. As ever, the staff are very helpful and courteous.
