McDonald's in Blackpool

Very dirty, depite of staff trying and cleaning. Just people throw stuff on the floor and dont clean after themselves. Tried 3 self checkouts and all 3 had no paper for receipts. In the morning I had nowhere to sit and the second floor was closed. Staff was helpfull but to an extent. Stood there talking whilst people wanted to ask them about sugar etc

It's McDonald's so what can I say. But this wasn't one of the best trips to Mc D,s the food was not on par this go round the place was a bit busy so you would expect fresh burgers being cooked yo keep up with orders. But I'm guessing not as my Bigmac that I purchased and the chicken legend for wife were cold and not freshly cook. All in all could of been worse.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Got my order fairly fast and easy to say it was dinner time. Ordered on the board's as you just walk in fairly easy to use and pay by card, there is a till you can go to if needed. Food always fresh and tasty

Absolutely disgusting,lukewarm food ,drinks spilt on the floor bins overflowing and had to clean a table before we could sit down Very disappointing

Nothing wrong with the place but the clientele in there at early evening were loud and obnoxious.i didn't feel very comfortable being there with our young child. We ate and left as quick as we could

Most of the time here burgers and chips are fresh but there were also days when they were served cold to me. Generally friendly staff.

Dirty, squalid franchise serving mediocre meals.Ordered 2 meals on the touch screens - 1 customised (no onions & mustard) and ended up with the wrong meal being customised - when we raised this with a staff member they couldn't (or didn't want to) understand what the problem was - so you can add poor customer service to the list of negatives about this place.

This place can never seem to get the order right, I ordered a festive stack without the sauces on for my partner and they put the sauces on so clearly ignored the request which would be awful if my partner were allergic, luckily he's not. I also ordered the festive crispy chicken without the onions or the cranberry sauce.. and you guessed it they put the stuff on. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this place but it'll certainly be the last time I order from this place as I'm sick of them ignoring the order requests.

Hot chocolate on a cold morning from McDonald's is really rather good! From their Winter menu, the chocolate is a nice drink, add to that the dairy cream on top, yum! The restaurant itself was located in Blackpool town centre, so it's very busy.

It's McDonald's, dunno what you'd expect. It was pretty crowded and it seemed like they were only letting a certain amount of people in at a time and only letting them in if they were going to buy something. The donation boxes were almost completely full, too. Goes to show how generous people can be.
