This is where we nipped in to get some food lots of rubbish all over the floors not just in one area everywhere. I don't normally write reviews but felt needed and hope it's better in the future my kids love a McDonald's and we were on holiday for the week. Didn't look clean, floors slippy not enough aces to sit downstairs so had to stand as had my baby in the pram. Sad really but hoped on our holiday we couldt at a nice McDonalds

Breakfast at around 10:15. Sausage egg meals great and hot. Chocolate also hot and not watered down. Pancakes also good. Self order machine had no paper for receipt. No table service. Upper table area clean. Toilets cleanliness let's this establishment down not expecting tissue splatted on wall. Kindness words I could use...needs a deep clean.

Everytime we visit it is a bit of a shambles. You order and then wait and wait in a huge crowd, pushed over by just eat/deliveroo drivers. I really feel they just can't cope with all the walk in orders plus online orders too. It's just manic...and the ordering system now really doesn't help. It's just so unorganised. It's also a shame that there always seems to be a group of kids causing a bit of trouble, shouting, swearing and causing trouble for the staff. Not the best McDonald's to visit...

Unfortunately this place, like probably every other McDonald’s on a Saturday was extremely busy and there isn’t a lit to the upper floor, (important if you have a pushchair), where more seating is available. However the manager/front of house host on duty (15/05/22) was so helpful, friendly and apologetic for lack of lift, which to be fair was beyond his control. In addition food was as nice as usual and there was enough terminals and staff serving for anyone not using the app.Five stars if it had a lift

No heating on till 9am I complained in writing I was in at 6.30 am. The staff had to come into a cold McDonald's at 5am. They agreed with me the heating should be on but the timings are controlled by the manager. When he come in he was not impressed by my complaint and didn't agree!! He couldn't care less it's was coming on at 9 am regardless of what I felt or the staff. The staff are obviously frightened of this bully manager because the staff wouldn't complain about the heating in front of him! I tried to change the managers mind but he got angry and refused to serve me a coffee and ask me to leave McDonald's!! Then when I stood my ground they went to call the Police 🚨🚨. Unbelievable!!!

Me and my friend call their on a regular basis and never fail to see teenagers sitting in without buying food. The manager tells them to leave but one of the cleaners today said those teenagers are doing nothing wrong. I bet he is a Socialist. However most staff are good and the food is fine.

Didn't want to be echoing the view of others in the hope things would have been improved but for me this is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever had the misfortune to visit.Had I not promised my eldest that we would get a McDonald's I would have turned around and gone elsewhere, we were however out the door as soon as we had eaten. At no point did we see any staff member attempt to clear a table let alone attempt to address the state of the floors, even the walls we're disgusting, could believe it, the photos will say more than I can anyway.Management need to take a good hard look at this site's priorities, seems to me it more important to get delivery orders out than keep the restaurant floor and facilities clear for those looking to eat in.For what's it's worth staff member that brought our food was polite and friendly.I just hope that the kitchen and food prep areas aren't like the restaurant floor.

It's Mother's day and my eldest (13 years old) wanted to treat me for lunch. What I ordered and what eventually arrived is ridiculous!. If staff would invest in customer service instead of make-up products all would benefit. I'm including pictures of what I ordered and what I actually got.
