Nando's in Blackpool

Nando’s is certainly one of the most popular and deservingly restaurants around the Lancashire area. This restaurant has fortunately fulfilled my piquant dreams as i am such a spice freak. The chicken there is such a beautiful feeling to my taste buds. If you are fairly intolerant to spicy or hot foods i would suggest getting a medium sauce with whatever meal you choose. I personally love the very hot picks but if you don’t they could ruin your experience. I love this place and i highly recommend visiting.

After the North West Brass Band championships we ate at Nandos (a tradition for us!) Clair was our server. She was absolutely BRILLIANT!! Helped us order on our phones, sat and checked we had everything we needed, kept coming back to make sure we were happy. Absolutely went the extra mile for us- even came to say goodbye at the end of her shift!! What an asset to your company and brand! Excellent service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff were great, very friendly, helpful and professional. The food was delicious as usual. I needed to change my baby, and I have to say it was the cleanest facilities I have used yet! Spotless! Thank you

I went with my boyfriend. We were quoted a 20 to 30 minute wait, however we got a table faster, which was a nice surprise.We ordered nd paid through the app after scanning the QR code on the table, which was really easy and quick.The wait for the food was a little longer than expected (about 20 minutes) but it was lunch time so it was somewhat expected.We ordered a sharing platter with four sides. The chicken was delicious in medium heat and the sides were wonderful.The super grains were the best side, but peri salted chips were a close second for me.Overall our order was about £25 for two people, which isn't a bad price. You don't get a lot of food but the quality makes up for it.

Service was fantastic, all the serving staff were really friendly but the food took so long to come. By the amount of just eats deliveries going out, I'm guessing that people eating in, aren't prioritised. The food was way under par compared to other nandos I've been to as well. Rice tasted like the microwave mexican rice from supermarkets. Won't be hurrying back.

Came for lunch today and got to say from the host, to the cleanliness, service given and the ease of using the app, everything was faultless. Really enjoyable experience. Special mention to the team member who was on his first day of hosting- he was fab. Best nandos I've been to in years. Cheers guys

Had no problem with the staff or having to wait only 30mins to get a table.But having to use your own phone to download their app which is not easy with really bad reception. Then when you finally get on it to start your order and it keeps cutting off 🤬We walked out after nearly 30mins trying to do this, not impressed at all. It's not even our age I don't see way they don't have a tablet on the table that is connected already

Walked in with no reservation on Friday night, just 2 of us and could see empty tables. Guy came over and told us he had nothing as the tables we could see were all about to be filled up by reservations about to come in. Seemed unlikely given it was relatively late, but ok. We ate instead at the Spanish tapas place 2 doors along, which was fantastic. Went past Nando’s on the way out, service was quick where we’d eaten and only had one course, so we’d been no longer than you’d expect, and to no surprise Nando’s was packed up & cleaning, no customers. All I ask is that you don’t lie, just say you wanted to close so didn’t want to have us in, not that you can’t because you were about to fill up with reservations!

Staff very friendly and accommodating.They had no tables for a hour and half but allowed us to go upstairs and have the area to ourselves.Highly recommended this cider they have.Food was lovely and not a long wait

Not a massive fan of nandos as it’s nothing like authentic piri piri chicken 🐔 from Portugal, but my youngest wanted to go!Staff just going through the motions, we had to wait a whole hour for a table when the whole of the second floor was deserted!Why? Certainly wasn’t understaffing, makes absolutely no business sense!!!The chicken was fine, staff need a retrain (other than the meet at the door guy) and the place needs a deep clean!
