Papa John's in Blackpool

Pizza aas ok.but nothing special. Girl at the counter didn't acknowledge me and continued being on her insta instead of serving customers.

What they advertise as deals or offers online is a sham as my friend and i tried to take up their offer only to find that the Blackpool shop are not aware of it.Even the sign in their window says one large pizza collected is £7.99 but at the counter it comes up as £12.99.The pizza is really nice though.

They got my first order wrong. But they rectified it very quickly with know hassle at all. They even gave a free ice cream to us. We will definitely be back. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Never had a Papa John's refuse an order because they're too busy. Can't even order on the website and it's only 19:15 in the evening. Looks like I'll be subjected to Dominos. Bad move PJ - should have offered a free garlic bread. But then again the code for filling out the questionnaire never works anyway...

Other than the rare wrong order being sent or dips Papa John's is great, tonight was very disappointing, pizza not cut correctly (and i dont just mean slightly off) very little toppings and it was luke warm at best even after waiting nearly an hour for it to arrive, didnt even come in the warm bag when delivered

I used to enjoy the pizza's from here, however, the last couple of times have not been enjoyable to the point where the last order was inedible.The pizza's seriously lacked toppings, producing a 2 inch crust as well as an overcooked base.I will not be ordering again.

Ordered several times for delivery with no issues. Tonight order accepted through just eat as normal and due at 1935hrs. 8pm arrived and no food, however showed as delivered. Contacted restaurant to be told they hadn't received order and to call just eat. Just eat advised to call restaurant so did again, order number given and it was on their screen. They said they would get this delivered asap (different person to first call). First person then called me back and stated they don't deliver to this address, despite deliveries being received previously and helpfully (not) told me to call just eat for refund. Still on phone to just eat, and he calls back to say he's trying to help but his supervisor is not available, kindly told him not to bother making excuses and I would continue with getting refund. If they had not been able to deliver to area, they should not have accepted order but they did. Just eat confirmed order had been accepted!! Shocking customer service and hence to say will not order from Papa John's again (mind you , apparently they now do not deliver to this area)
