We went for an evening meal, no problem getting a table. Was told to order by scanning a qr code on the table, was having difficulty doing so after about 10 - 15 minutes the waitress came over and offered to take our order. Not impressed with the salad bar as it looked a little messy. Pizza's arrived and looked and tasted fine. However during the night and early morning both of us had upset stomachs, not a great experience.

£14 for a pepperoni pizza fit to fill a child. £4 for a glass of coke. Not a single napkin in sight. Also, you cannot order your meal with a human being, you are instead told to scan a QR code stuck to the table and enter your personal data into a backwards, slow and freezing website to place an order. Avoid at all cost unless cost is not an issue. Just go to a pizza place.

Very expensive buffet for what you get. 11.99 for the pizza buffet. Doesn’t include drinks or the ice cream machine. For the three of us it was 36 pounds. For that price we could have ordered as much pizza as we wanted from any other pizza place and been able to pick what we got. I asked someone if they take requests for buffet pizzas and they said no. On top of that they don’t have parmasian cheese to add to the pizzas.

Had to order plates + cups online took forever as it kept buffering and it wanted me to order pizzas when i wanted to get them by myself which is most of the time people do, nearly made me late for my show! People i was with asked for a coffee took about 1hr , most of the pizza was dry or not there . Salad bar was everywhere colsaw was in the cucumber just a mess not going there again . Went to the toilet although opened the door then i wacked someone in the face! So shocking as most of the staff asked us if were where alright with the app ordering but they where sartastic dont go there dont go to waste money !

Avoid this place! This has to be the most disgusting pizza hut I have visited. The place was filthy with staff just stood gossiping at the counter. The women's toilets look like they haven't been cleaned in along time also toilet roll all over the floor to try stop a leak they can't be bothered to fix. The service was shocking. It's an embarrassment to Pizza Hut. Needs an inspection ASAP

Pizza Hut Blackpool, I must say, your staff here, are excellent. All young staff with impeccable customer service. From greeting, to leaving. We return here every 2 years when we visit Blackpool. Not long waiting time to be seated either, but best to book. Highly recommended, if just for the staff!

One star is to many starsThis place is so disgustingly dirty we did not eat here! Left before ordering. The staff where all chilling at the bar when the tables and floor had left over food thrown all over and Dirty dishes piled up, our booth was so sticky and had food on the seats, it is a small space but my 6 month old was sat in his pram with people constantly walking past him and stood next to him to get pizza. I would never eat here I’d hate to see the kitchen or toilets in such a filthy place. I couldn’t understand why it wasn’t being cleaned with staff just stood around? Better to avoid this Pizza Hut unless you’ve had your tetanus Jab very recently.

Being half term, everywhere was extremely busy so we ended up at Pizza Hut. There was a ten minute wait for a table but the staff were lovely and we hadn't thought to book anywhere so it was fine. We ordered via the app which was straight forward enough but I assumed the pizza with the vegan pepperoni (pepperphoni!) would be vegan so didn't select the vegan cheese option. When the the pizzas arrived they had mixed up the bases and had put my vegan pepperphoni on the non vegan stuffed crust base that my other half had ordered. Dan was amazing about the whole thing though and had the kitchen redo both of our pizzas so I had a fully vegan thin base and the other half got his stuffed crust. Dan was super friendly and helpful even though it was close to closing time and he must really have wanted to go home after a massively hectic day!

Been here twice this year. Food & staff both great. On 2nd visit end of September, a drunk Glaswegian (I'm also a Glaswegian) and his wife came in & gave the staff a tough time, arguing about the price of take-away pizza & garlic bread and how could they not get free salad. As the staff were away preparing their meal, the bloke took salad & even stole the stainless steel cutlery! The staff handled them very well & remained calm & professional. I'd have told them to jog on. Absolute turkeys! Well done to the staff 👏

Went on a weekday evening, arrived just before the tea-time rush and were seated quickly right next to the door - not an issue when it was closed but after ten minutes the queue outside the door kept it propped open and we did get cold!Easy ordering using the QR code on the menu, and so useful to have another QR code on there which takes you to the allergen document. Me being egg and dairy free and my boyfriend having a nut allergy, this saved us having to ask lots of questions!Absolutely delicious pepper-phoni pizza and "I can't believe it's not cheesecake" - absolutely smashing the vegan options, thank you for that!Nice to see the salad bar open again too!Service was a little slow but they had a lot of large family groups in so the staff were very busy!We would come again but maybe this time request to sit away from the door!
