Pizza Hut in Blackpool

Was short staffed so had to wait to be seated but staff were really helpful and the buffet deal of £9.99 for unlimited pizza and salad bar was great value for money. Would definitely go back

Shockingly bad service!! My friend ordered for her on the app and I ordered for myself and my children on mine! Mine went through first yet they brought my friends drinks etc and said they didn't have my order. I had confirmation email and proof of payment but she made me wait again! I said we've all ordered to the same table and don't want to be eating at different times!! There was hardly any staff around the restaurant to ask for anything like cutlery etc! My daughter spilled her drink by accident and my friend was mopping it up!! I asked why she was doing it and she said the staff member just gave her the blue roll?! Surely the staff member should of been the one cleaning it up!It asks on the app if you want to leave a tip, what exactly for you do everything yourself in there!The place wasn't very clean either!Would not be going back there in a hurry!

Bit of a wait but food was lovely and came out hot. I'd say definitely give the goats cheese pizza a go. Even if you're a meat eater, it's lovely

Quite good,seating not very comfy though . And why is the ice cream factory upstairs! Quite a small building too but helpful staff and very courteous. Food nice.

Wont take cash 😡 absolutely disgusting! If we lose cash we are fu!#ed! The banks and governments will have 100% control of what and where you spend your money and how much they take off you 😡 welcome to the New world order the great reset! Avoid anyone turning away cash 🤮

It was a lot different than the last time I was in a Pizza Hut but the experience was better. They now do a beefet which was well stocked at all times as was the salad bar. There was plenty to eat and was well worth the money. Would definitely recommend.

We went for an evening meal, no problem getting a table. Was told to order by scanning a qr code on the table, was having difficulty doing so after about 10 - 15 minutes the waitress came over and offered to take our order. Not impressed with the salad bar as it looked a little messy. Pizza's arrived and looked and tasted fine. However during the night and early morning both of us had upset stomachs, not a great experience.

The manager on shift on Sunday 10th really stayed on top of the whole restaurant . He’s clearly very good at his job.Similar issue with the door every time I visit. People prop it open to queue and it’s makes the restaurant freezing cold. Maybe add a sign asking people queuing to keep the door closed so the experience is nicer for people inside.
