Nice breakfast service not best but good value

Would have been lovely if I could have got the sandwich with salad that I wanted. So we left. Maybe next time.

Popped by for a quick bite and a sit down before getting back to work.Food is nice & cheap - the woman serving (short, middle aged wears glasses) has atrocious customer service skills and is outright rude.Although, I guess she fits right in at blackpool.

First time in here today with my family and my sister who is lactose and tolerance which is a known milk allergy and the staff did NOT have the correct milk, other than this the food was okay. We were told that the manager would come out and speak to us and no one came out before we had left....

First woman who served us was friendly enough, but the second woman was the rudest woman I've ever been served by. I work in the industry and if I spoke to a customer like that I'd be sacked. Heard her speaking to other customers like rubbish too. I asked for milk andbsge screamed at me "IT'S ALREADY GOT MILK IN IT". food was average but customer service skills from that one woman completely ruined the experience. I wish they wore name badges so I could report her to higher management.

Disgusting. Slices gone up 100% but only 25% bigger. Breakfast barms gone up 25% for nothing. Donuts up by 50% for nothing. Éclair had hardly any cream. Strawberry tart had one slice of strawberry and little cream. Was half empty. Costcutting extremes with no thought for the customer whatsoever. Something needs to be done ASAP. Would give 0 stars but can't.

Really can't complain for the prices in here , only thing I would remark on was dirty smell from cups when they have come out dishwasher had a strong dirty water smell to cup.For the prices in here however can't argue one bit

Excellent place and friendly staff. manager was very helpful, I can't remember her name but remember she said her mum was from Aberdeen. Would definitely recommend

To be honest...I felt uncomfortable in the cafe...the lady who served me was very snappy...and uninvting for any sort of talk...I asked if the water was still or sparkling ..as the water had sparkling spring on it...if I recall....but apart from that.. the food was fine..hot and tastes ok...would I go again no....as for the bakery side...I'm veggie so asked for a cheese and onion to be made up for myself....I got told no...we're I live....if u ask for the sandwich to be made they do....I belive there's 2 sorts of ppl in this world...and the ppl who work there are not open minded...this is my opinion only....

Friendly staff. quick serving i had 7 item breakfast but asked to take tomatoes off it and i was given an extra bacon which i was not expecting. Food was perfectly cooked. Thankyou best cafe ive foun in blackpool.
