This is the right place to try the Fish and Chips, well fried cod, crispy but not greasy, tastes fantastic, definitely must squeeze every drop of the juice from the lemon, just in case not everyone knew this is actually very important, elevate the whole flavour of the dish so much more, got the Hot Chocolate as drink, like it as well, not even thinking anything else except a 5 Stars review, being genuinely proud and truthfully speaking, would recommend this Lily's Fish and Chips restaurant to people looking for this lovely traditional dish.

Ladies and Gents, this has to be one of the, if not, best fish and chip shops around the promenade. Came here thanks to a 4.7 on Google and I wasn't disappointed. Fish was fresh, flakey and delicately battered. Chips are fresh, crispy on the outside, fluffy in the middle. Food comes unseasoned to allow you to season to taste.

Actually a fairly decent chippy. Clean - even the toilets, which isn't always the case in Blackpool. Ordered 2 x cod and chips with some extras, and it was cooked freshly to order, wait time about 10-15 mins.First off, in times when many local chippy are serving up some decidedly poor fish, this was beautiful. White throughout, nice light batter, and the chips were plentiful and cooked well.Meals for 2 with cans of diet soda just under £22 which given the fairly decent quality means prices are reasonable. You do get what you pay for here.

Went here with my family for some dinner . Food was delishious . Adults had fish and chips and children had chicken nuggets and chip . Only down side was other people food on the floor and tables wasn't cleaned . My partner asked one of the young lady's if she could clean the table we was sat at and her rude response was ( can you move to another table)Well that's not the response that should come out of her mouth as we all know ( customer is always right)Shocked at customer services then the young girl came to clean the table after maybe being asked to by the her manager. Young woman gave me her name when asked ( jaxs) we kindly thanked her for cleaning our table . But will not forget rudeness that came from her mouth . Maybe this lady is in need of some training on customer services . Thanks for food but no thanks for attitude.

First time of ordering from this establishment. Came highly recommended from a frequent customer so thought I'd try it.I wasn't disappointed, ordered via Just Eat. Arrived well before the estimated time, food was packaged well, nicely presented (slice of lemon and a sprig of parsley) fish was generous in size, thick, flaky and moist. Chips were well cooked and plentiful.Another plus point is how reasonably priced everything was and the fact sachets of salt, vinegar and tartar sauce was thrown in free of charge. Will definitely be ordering again.

Brilliant fish and chip diner! A complete variety of options to order from. Even cater to gluten free which was amazing. Batter was fresh and crisp and the whole thing very tasty. I collected my order but the place still looks brand new and incredibly clean. Would highly recommend

FIRST CLASS FISH & CHIPS!! We travel 50 miles to get what we feel is the best fish and chips in the North West! The chips are cooked perfectly and the fish is a beautiful fillet and has a perfect crispy batter with no undercooked gooey bits. It is served with a real lemon wedge and fresh parsley, I would highly recommend that you accompany it with the delicious mushy peas. There is a choice of fish including cod roe (which I am yet to try) and other options such as jumbo sausages for those not wanting fish.Well worth seeking out if you are visiting Blackpool and have worked up an appetite. You can either Eat in or Take away.

Was in Blackpool today for a new year eve fireworks. City centre and restaurant was busy. The Gentleman WC was really messy. And my wife told that Lady WC was OK.I just did order before I went to WC. Otherwise I would rather to leave premises.Just after we had eaten the food I went to took photo of the WC but this time all was organised. (That's why I didn't scored you 1 star)Yes we should accept that in extraordinary situations unfortunately this kind situations are happening. The chips was a regular. Not bad but nothing special. Would score 4.The coating of the fish was very oily and not tasty. Plain fried oily dough. Would score 2.Therefore fishes were a regular or lower than regular taste. Would score 3.I saw staff was busy and trying to catch the orders. Shop assistant who brought our food was not bothered to say at least ENJOY.So this is my experience today.Their score from previous visitors is far from what I was expecting. Will I go again?No...As I prefer to try new places (unless I find 5stars one). Why should I go there back when there is a plenty FISH and chips restaurants in the area to try...So, it was not expensive and nice place to sit.Normally I mostly score 5stars.But it was as I mentioned above.

Excellent and agree with all other reviews. Young staff cooking great fish and chips (good curry sauce too) for a reasonable price in a very clean environment. We all cleared our plates. Why this place is not busier is beyond me. All the other seafront places with queues out the door and we walked straight in, got seated and were eating great, reasonable costing food within 15 minutes. Bravo.

Best chippy in Blackpool. Wasn’t that hungry so they offered me kids Fish and Chips for £3.85 and was more like an adult portion. Came with a slice of lemon and very well presented. Free help yourself condiments including ketchup. All the food is cooked fresh to order and the fish just melted in my mouth and was so white and flaky. The batter was that crispy, even with vinegar on it I could still pick it up and take a bite without it breaking.
