Sizzling Wok in Blackpool

The Sizzling Wok is by far the best Chinese takeaway in the area!! I've tried quite a few items from the menu and it never disappoints. All the ingredients taste really fresh and are beautifully cooked by the lovely friendly people running the place.

Probably the best Chinese Takeaway in Blackpool and believe me we've tried a lot. The Salt and Pepper meals are so so tasty. Juicy succulent tasty ribs too, which is a rarity in Chinese Takeaways, Sweet and Sour Chicken wow!!Scores big on taste, service and good value. The Chinese Lady is super friendly too!!

Quality of the food is amazing for the price they charge. Not expensive friendly staff highly would recommend this establishment after visiting them several times and the quality of the food and the preparation time exceedingly consistent. They also appear to have a delivery service which is not part of any of the usual food delivery apps which is quite amazing that they can do so well yet not require the big commercialisation of it so well done to the local business that I'm happy to live nearby and give my custom to. Was a recommendation... Certainly a good call.Not had a bad takeaway from here... Always tasty. With quick service.Not quite sure they deliver, but worth the drive over for me.

Spent the weekend in Blackpool and came across this amazing, authentic, good value and excellent customer service Chinese Takeaway! Highly recommned salt and pepper ribs / chicken and special curry! Just round the corner where we stayed - The Grand Hotel! Be back next year!

Chicken chow mein was nice. Chicken balls were good. SS sauce was bit to garlicky for me, but hubby liked it. Egg fried rice was odd texture.

Our group ate here three days in a row last weekend during mini Pool comp. We tried most of the menu, delicious ribs, curries, Chow Meins, Crispy Beef and exquisite prawn toasts. Lady and staff was so nice and friendly looking after us. We'll be back for the Golden 8 Ball in June so look forward to repeating the delicious process again!!! Brilliant!!!

Lovely, lovely food!!! We came a a group enjoying the UK Pool tour weekend in Blackpool.We loved the food in this lovely place so much we came back every night to savour more of the delicious menu!!! The Chinese food was some of the best we had ever tasted.Everything we ordered was freshly cooked to order. Highlights for me was the Spicy Beef Green pepper and the amazing Black Bean sauce, the Salt and Pepper ribs were just unbelievable!!! We have never tasted them cooked like that before, they were probably one of the most delicious things we have ever eaten in our lives!! We did get the recipe but it was too complex for us to follow!!! The Special Curries were aromatic and delicious. The Crispy Beef had one of the best sauces accompanying it, I could go on and on but words don't do the great food justice.I must also mention the lovely Chinese lady who served us, she must be one of the sweetest and friendliest persons you could ever meet.We all can't wait to go back for another delicious feast when we're back down in Blackpool for the Golden 8 comp in June. Had takeaway for first and LAST time on Friday night.I had duck with bamboo shoots and chips. The gravy was congealed and must have been about an ounze of shredded duck. The chips were overcooked and hard.My partner had king prawn curry and fried rice. Yet again curry was congealed and the rice smelt off.Will never go back! !!!
