Starbucks in Blackpool

I always think Starbucks is expensive and it is compared to Costa but the coffees are really good I must admit. They should be for what is costs.

Absolutely disgusted that I could not buy a drink for myself and my son, as this location didn't take cash. Some people don't live on credit cards and save cash for holidays. It's illegal to refuse cash money, which is legal tender even if I wanted to pay in 2's and 1's. So on a red hot day, my 14 month son couldn't have a water as this is there policy. WHAT A JOKE!!!

Website states 4pm close on Sunday, the hotel that Starbucks is within confirmed 4pm close, decided to go for a walk first and returned at 3.30pm with only 2 people in front in the queue to be told by very abrupt and irrate staff member that they were closed now as they close at 3.30. So much for customer service as she obviously couldn't be bothered to serve one extra person in the queue! Will not be returning!!

Went in here last nigh at 5.50 . Myself and other customers waited in the queue till 5.59 then a young girl eventually came out and refused to serve us telling us they had switched the machine off. Why be open till 6 and then refuse to serve. Not happy

Its coffee! Not the best or worst I have had. Overpriced and not considerate of the environment as a chain.

You sell coffee, I expect brown sugar not white, don't like the excuse we have run out. Next door is a 24 hour spar...paying 2.90 I expect you don't run out off anything.Poor service!!!

Nice coffee, good service but every time I've been, the damned chip & pin machine has not been working, and the ATM machine in the hotel charges a fee. Very annoying!!!

Great place to come for a coffee and cake. The staff are friendly and passionate about coffee. And with some nice views of the grounds. It has a balcony where it would be nice to sit outside in the summer.

Friendly staff and the usual good coffees in a very posh ambience. Bit pricey but I guess that's how it goes
