Subway Waterloo Road in Blackpool

Been to this subway two days on a run now and I have to say what amazing service I have received on both occasions. Kyle was so friendly and lovely, and makes the best sandwiches and salads.It’s like a home from home in this subway!Leah his colleague was also friendly.Professional and polite staff here, I highly recommend 5 stars ⭐️😊

Waste of time the lad is normally in the back or outside on his phone, went in waited a few minutes they started to ask if anyone was serving I got nothing after 3 times repeating this. Not ideal when you only have a certain amount of time on your work break.

Friendly and efficient. Good team work and customer service. It's a regular stop off point on way home

Walks in dirty floor hasn't Been mopped the whole time I was in there the member of staff was on the phone she said can you write down your order for me because she was on the phone shocking service in the end I walked out in shame not getting my money again

This place was disgusting. The floor wasn't clean. The toilets were leaking puddles on the floor. The staff didn't want to be there and mumbled under their breath to themselves. My child wanted a sub so we went in twice, days apart, the place still had debris from the day before! Avoid and go to another. This place was seriously a health and safety concern and the staff didn't care. It needs reporting. 1 star is being generous

If I could leave 0 stars I would.My boyfriend went to get me a subway this afternoon. There was no variety of bread. When he asked for toasted they said the oven was broken. Bread wasn’t cut properly was cut into 3 on mine. The sub was overfilled with mayonnaise. When eating half of my sub I found a red hair. This place is awful I wouldn’t recommend🤮

No staff, but when you do finally find one, they dont have a clue what day it is. It took 1 of them 3 attempts to slice the bread lol, then he didn't know what ingredients were what, I had to tell him.

You know what your getting with a Subway. This one was busy and staff seemed a bit rushed trying to make food for deliveries and in person customers, this made things a little slow.

If it was possible to score this at zero stars I would!! awful service, the worst subway by far. Staff clearly don't care about the sandwiches or service they are providing. sandwiches made awfully quality, bread broken and squashed. Staff need trqining on how to cut/make them properly. Watching a colleage make a wrap was entertaining. No stock in, no bread variety, no chicken or ham. I queued for nearly half an hour, with only 3 other customers in front of me. Oven broke while I was in the queue, drinks machine not working, Staff were complaining to eachother about it being the worst job they have ever had. They were very rude to the driver from Just Eat what came to collect an order. Sides were dirty with bits of food left from previous orders and didn't look like they had been cleaned all day. The 1 star should be for the fact the place had air conditioning!! on a hot day like today I didn't want to spend my whole dinner break stuck in subway. Will not be going to this subway ever again.

Whomever does the Sunday night shift needs a her P45, when I asked for a veggie delight without cheese, the lady behind the counter just constantly in an immature manner wanted to point out apparently without the cheese it's not a veggie delight. Seriously whomever owns this franchise needs to boot her up the arse and escort out of the building.
