I wouldn't recommend this hotel it was not as described, photos are not true. looks as though the owner only shows positive reviews on booking. Ours unfortunately is not so positive. My sons bed was broke the chair was broke the bedding was stained. There was black mould around the shower and the amount of dust was just unreal. We asked for fresh sheets to be given more stained sheets so ended up having to purchase a new duvet and pillows, something you shouldn't need to do. The bar area was just as dirty and the staff that cleaned looked as though all they did was change bedding they do not actually clean the room. Honestly wouldn’t recommend if staying with a family. We ended up checking out early as we’d had enough. Best part was free parking but wasn’t hard as the car park was hardly ever full and think we can now see why. Shame as it has a lot of potential but really isn’t being looked after. We won’t be returning.

Polite & friendly staff who couldn't have been more helpful. Perfect place to get your head down after a busy day on the seafront, tea and coffee facilities provided in the room and it was comfortable enough after a long day out.Close enough to walk to all the big attractions or jump on the tram if you're not one for walking lots.Three-star / good rating because the room could have been cleaner, the shower leaked and there was no soap in the bathroom when we checked in. I don't actually think they'd finished cleaning the room when we go there as the door was still open when we arrived and the hoover was still in the room. All in all though if you're looking for somewhere basic to drop your stuff off at and explore what Blackpool has to offer this is perfect. I mean you don't go to the seaside to sit in your room anyway and we were lucky enough to get a sea view.

The room was clean and the beds comfy, lovely sea view, and the hotel is very well situated. However, the rooms are very basic almost to the point of starkness. We were provided with one cup and a few sachets of tea and coffee, and that was it! Bath towels are available but no hand towels. The lift was broken leaving some older guests struggling with flights of quite challenging stairs. Carpets on the stairs were threadbare and with the distinct odor that comes with age and dirt. At £70 for one double room a night this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. It's a shame because, with a bit of TLC and attention to details, Sunny Days could be a much nicer hotel.

The hotel is just in front of Irish Sea. Its also a walking distance to the Madame Tassauds, the Sea Life,Blackpool Tower and many more other tourists' attractions. Our rooms was very neat and clean. I loved the toilet and washer room which was clean and in good condition.

This hotel was disgusting, its dirty and looks like a doss house 🤬 the carpets all ripped the shower overflows, lipstick on the sheets on the bed, holes in the walls. Toilets need a good clean, it's the worst hotel and would never stay again. I wouldn't put a animal in it. Never again
