TFC in Blackpool

Disgusting place needs closing down, its filthy and chicken is rotten just read an article about the place 🤢🤮

Where to start? Received food 2 1/2 hours after ordering, food delivered to the wrong address but apparently that wasn't TFC's fault it was the original delivery driver. The female delivery driver who eventually delivered my order told me if I wanted to take it further with anyone then I should go to number 11 who had our food. The order was supposed to include 8 pieces of chicken but only included 7 and some mini fillets? I ordered spicy wings, all of them were under cooked and 1 of them was still blood red on the bone. Chicken full of gristle. Several phone calls made to chase the food up and during one phone call I was put on hold for several minutes as they obviously didn't have a clue what was going on!! Unfortunately pre-paid for my meal via Just Eat so the delivery driver took great pleasure in telling me I wouldn't get it back. Horrific, horrific, horrific. Disgusting attitude from the female delivery driver. Will never ever order from here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone in any circumstance

Used too be nice. But changed hands the chicken kebab was rank and my mother ordered yesterday night she wasted her money too went straight in the bin... shocking... these guys that taken over just ruining this take away... cheap rank meat they using... even the drinks were wrong 7up is not Pepsi... am done with that take away now end of. Oh not forgetting they short changed me Friday night I had too go bk and tell them... then too hear my mother ordered last night and it was awful good.. . Excuse me people work hard too pay for this food not on at all

I’m very ill from eating from here last night, me and my boyfriend have had the runs and sickness today! I’m also 35 weeks pregnant so it is dangerous for me! Please no one come here especially if your pregnant. I ordered the fillet burger and my boyfriend had the supreme burger 🤢

First time having food from here and it will certainly be the last!Rude,arrogant staff ,the food was not very nice either.....cold chips and chicken,the chicken was dry ,orders not fulfilled plus they tell you one price over the telephone then charge you more when they finally arrive with your order!45min delivery turned into over an hour!Didn't really want to give it one star but had no option!

Warning!! Do not order for delivery. Got order totaly wrong then had too wait 2 hours for replacement which was wrong again.Delivery driver was rude and the takeaway isnt worth the hassle for drlivery.If you want fried chicken delivered then go elsewhere

Ok so my food came really quick compared to the estimated delivery time. When the food had arrived the driver was super friendly and even befriended my dog! The food was amazing, the chicken was amazing. The only problem I did have was having a full blown argument over who keeps the ONE menu they give you.

Placed my order on just eat, came quickly. Then my drinks that I had paid for wasn't with the order, the chips and chicken was cold. So I rang them and they said they will be dropped off in 10 minutes so I wasn't happy at all. An hour had passed and I had rang them up twice when they started saying the car had broke down. The staff was really rude, I never did get my drinks and they refused to refund them. Absolutely disgusting customer service and rubbish food. I never complain about anything but is disgraceful. Also the food had a horrible smell to it. I recommend no one uses this take away!

Used for the first time tonight via Just Eat, hot food, on time and packaged well. Please introduce thin base pizzas and you will more than likely become our favourite take away. Pizza wasn't cut through all the way, resulting in broken slices. Quite salty dough base, not a fan of deep pan or stuffed crust. So to bring in thin base would be a win. Good experience for a first time, though

Wont be ordering again! The food was cold and greasy, the delivery man new there was a drink missing and said he wouldnt do anything about it. Just said " i dont know.. you only get one so thats it" and drove off . And then after warming my food up in a microwave to eat it .. i found a black hair in my chips so completely put me off.. waste of money!
