The Chinese buffet in Blackpool

Food was brilliant and so was the staff even has a robot bringing your food

We went here the other day and this is the first time we have tried something like this for dinner as in all you can eat sort of restaurant experience. I can say it was really enjoyable.You would get small portions of most items so it would allow for you to try quite a few different items on the menu.Ordering is all done through the app and the robot machine called bellabot will come to your table with anything you order the majority of the time.The food itself is quite nice some items taste just average and it's nothing that will blow you away but there are some real nice items such as the Duck Strips in Hoisin Sauce. Essentially if you have ever had crispy duck pancakes from a Chinese before and you like that, then you'll probably really enjoy this item too.

First time going to an all you can eat restaurant.I like the idea of the robot bringing food to the table which was very cute. Only problem is at one point the robot came to our table and the tray was empty as another table had taken our food which was a bit of a faff to get sorted.I think the portions are a bit too small.. I understand of not wanting to waste food but for example a piece of cake I ordered was so thin it was folding over on itself. If I wanted a normal sized piece I would have had to have ordered the cake three or four times.Apart from that the experience was good. Staff were friendly.

Went this evening with my partner. Nice and spacious restaurant with a ‘bellabot’ robot serving food. Robot didn’t always bring the food and portion sizes are tapas like so keep in mind when ordering. Food quality was always hot and tasty. Would recommend!

First visit to TCB since lockdown began and it was such a great return visit, especially seeing Bella Bot, the new robot waiter. Great to be able to order food from the app rather than going up multiple times to a buffet, Bex uses a wheelchair so this was a massive bonus for us! The rest of the staff (humans!! 😂) were really great, friendly, and knowledgeable and were extremely welcoming. They showed off Bella to us and also made some great menu recommendations. Really clean restaurant, nice relaxed atmosphere, will definitely be back!

Good food and very reasonably priced. I love that the food is brought out to you freshly cooked instead of having to help yourself and queue at serving stations.Staff are very friendly and make sure everything is ok with your visit. They couldn't do enough for me.An added addition is the robot server that brings the food out to your table. "CAT" was the source of much amazement and humour as she trundles her way out of the kitchen to your table.Whenever I'm in Blackpool I always visit as i know the service & standard are always very good - highly recommend.

Friendly staff who helped us with the app we had to use to order meal, quick service, very family orientated, quite a lot of children with parents enjoying food. Much smaller dishes than we are used to, but still very filling all the same, good value for all you can eat for £17.99 as we went on Sunday evening. Not the best chinese restaurant I've ever been to but it did have the best selection of puddings with profiteroles, sticky toffee puddingand gateaux not just the normal ice cream and lychees.

We are very impressed by these new style of having all you can eat Chinese food. We were helped by lovely Jess to use the app to order the food. She is amazingAs for the food; They all come in small portions which is great as you get to try different food items on the menu. Everything is freshly prepared and tasty.The manager Sam is great with his team to make sure everyone is happy with the food and service.The settling is well prepared for groups or just couple. Everything is Clean and tidy during our visit. If you are keen on “tapas” style to dine then for sure you would enjoy this new style of having a Chinese buffet banquet in the area. Highly recommend and good value for what we have experienced!!

Not what it used to be, no longer a buffet, I know Corona virus has changed things but this is no longer a buffet, other buffets in the area are still operating as buffets but this place makes no sense. You have to download their app and order at your table and the food is bought out to you, like a restaurant, not a buffet. The choice of dishes is very limited compared to what it used to be when it was a true buffet. You can order as many times as you like and the portions that are served are really small so you do need to order more than once. Overall very disappointing as it is not a buffet and the ordering process is a long drawn out affair. We used to visit this place regularly before lockdown, we will not be returning.
