The Crispy Cod in Blackpool

Fish overcooked, tables not cleaned.

Ok its not on the level of mother hubbards or west park fisheries (being from bradford we are spoilt with quality of food) but i gotta admit, best in blackpool so far especially if paying £7.50 for cod snd chips which under current climate is ver reasonable. Fish and batter well cooked and chips crispy on out and soft in middle, proper chippy chips. Worth a visit if visit the beach at blackpool.

Customer service was great. However the food was horrible and overpriced. Didn't even finish our food.

Wonderful fresh chips and mushy peas ...plenty of salt and vinegar... can of pop...what's not to love . absolutely delicious 😋

Massive white cod with batter just right, good chips too

Oh dear, certainly had better in the past. The fish was like a Captain birds eye fish from a supermarket, edible but nothing special about it. The sausages didn't have any batter. The chips were mediocre, they didn't sell any garlic or tarter sauce at the time we went, in all off this it was clean from what I could see.

Second time we have been here and the food is lovely.

Not the best fish and chips ,some of the chips were slightly undercooked and the fish are sized portions and don't really reassemble an actual fish, however the premises are clean and the food was hot, there's ample seating for eating in .

Perfect location near the central pier, quiet area unlike the rest of the restaurants on the main road.Food is very delicious especially the fish and chips.Staff are very friendly and helpful and generous as well.The place is clean and suitable for eating inHighly recommendedTry to have your meal on the beach for the best experience.Definitely coming back to try
