Very busy for breakfast. Girl doing tables was polite friendly and quick. She had lots of interruptions from a noisy crowd but kept her cool. Food was hot and tasty. Enjoyable experience.

Argyle on tour! Drowning our sorrows after losing a 2 goal lead to Fleetwood. Typical "Spoons", pretty dull, but with Ruddles at 99p a pint you can't knock it!! Ah well, back to glorious Devon..

It's just a Spoons innit, you know what to expect. Good grub, belting proces, happy staff (which is crackers for spoons! )(Take this hint and pay em more) shiz hot location this. Near train station and North Pier.

Great service really friendly and amazing food ...this little restaurant is a bit hidden away (Google map) but so worth a visit you'd definitely want to go again

Had a awesome deal managers special on when we went in. It was a mixed grill consisting of steak, lamb, sausage, gammon, chips, mushrooms and tomato all for the bargain price of £5.99 also on the drinks menu we saw that they are doing a bottle of becks or a shot of bells whiskey with mixer for 99p each. Wife had a purple rain cocktail which was reasonably priced at £7.50 for a pitcher, all in all a good visit and we will be returning in the future.

It's not a bad Wetherspoons. Food is OK for the price. Nothing fancy.Staff need to be a bit more attentive to what's going on and not just tend the bar.3 large women were very drunk and actually falling of the chairs.OK just having a fun night out but the screeching sounded like a troop of monkeys and was a bit off putting.Apart from that a reasonable visit

I visited here solo for some food as I was scouting the shops for items for a feature film I'm making. The staff were all lovely checking up on me as I was on my own. Good service and quick turn over with food.

Went there Wednesday night, it was quite busy which was nice to see!Bar staff were pleasant and drinks cheap, had a meal and drink with my Boyfriend, both our food and beverages where lovely and again a very decent price, would definitely consider eating/ drinking here again.5***** well deserved!Decent app too that you can order from and have delivered to your table.Highly recommend xGreat company. Yes it's a Wetherspoons, but on the day we went (28/12/21) the service and food were outstanding. They were very short staffed but the manager made sure drinks were served and food came out without delays. His atitude and customer focus should be commended. I was a lo so impressed with the mixed grill it was cooked to perfection. We were a party of 7 and the place was full. Many thanks for making our day

It was OK, but food let it down.People knock weatherspoons, all the time. I never go by them normally but I should, as today ,my fish was dry and tasteless.The chip portion was a disgrace, as we're the mushy peas.The fish was ample size but batter was soft ,no crunch at all.The fish it's self was dry and tasteless, plus I had no idea what type of fish it was. I am a lover of fish, any kind. I eat hake, turbot, salmon, cod, haddock, skate and trout, etc.This however was fish but not as I knew it. So very disappointed, but it won't stop me going back, so call me crazy, but I enjoy the service and variety of drinks etc.I should have complained to be honest.
