The Snackery in Blackpool

Asked for a breakfast with no eggs anything else as a replacement to take away. Anyway it come with eggs on ,when i received the breakfast i asked her was there no eggs on it. She replied no one told me ( bad staffcommunication ). She then went back to the kitchen shouting abruptly as if it was my fault. She removed the eggs which is really unprofessional as it should have been rodone. And no replacement item to which she replied she didnt know again. Better cafes around that end of blackpool with friendlier staff

I will not be hurrying back here soon, very small portions, over priced, and they won't change items on menu ie fried bread instead of toast, coffee was like milk and just warm,

Lovely food and reasonably priced

Had a brilliant lunch here today. Staff were really friendly and the food was lovely, and really good value

We were in here a few times for breakfast, great choice of food, very pleasant staff

Great food but the all day breakfast and the mega breakfast was very similar, other then one extra hash brown and 2 black pudding all was the same

Just been served the worst fish,chips&peas ever.It was frozen and not fresh fish,the chips were pale&barely cooked&peas tasted off.I ate one bite of the fish and had to spit it out.The blonde server offered me a refund as i returned the whole meal but thw cook came out in a rage saying that it qas fres fish and they wouldnt do the refund.Disgraceful customer service though he only embarrased himself by making a scene in front of customers.

Staff were friendly and helpful. My son said his milkshake was the best he'd ever had. Good cuppa and sausage sarnie was well filled. Will definitely try a breakfast next time we are staying in Blackpool.

The overall service was good, I ordered the Veggie Burger, Chips & a Pot of Tea. My observations are that the veggie burger could have been garnished with some form of sauce as it was somewhat dry without it. The presentation was very good otherwise. I was baffled but receiving two pots when the tea was given to me as one pot was just hot water where as the other one was tea. As shown in the picture the taller of the two pots only had water in it. Not sure what to make of that. The lady on the till taking orders albeit was polite seemed to lack warmth. The young slim lady whom came out with my food had warmth and was very pleasant. Overall the service was good,,just need to work on minor issues. Thank you for the service.
