Urban Munch Time in Blackpool

Foods come freezing cold , pizza tasted like card board and sour, rang the takeaway and told them and they said sorry we can’t do anything about it now, and they was acting stupid on the phone saying they dunno they dunno, don’t go here waste off time !! 😳

Ordered food and it was cold when it arrived the cheese on the chips tasted sour and the pizza was hard and I was waiting nearly 1 hr for my food my mate rang up to explain the the problem to be told they’d not had an order from the address and said there was nothing they could do about it bad takeaway don’t recommend it honestly the staff are rude and aggressive!!!!

Do not go here the staff are rude and aggressive and Rip you off then refuse to give you the money back that you've been overcharged !! Stay away !!!

Chicken was awesome, just as good as KFC

Terrible customer service. Ordered through food hub, order was pending and hadnt been accepted after about 15 minutes of ordering, rang up to be told they didnt have my order even though the money had been taken from my bank account! Told this to the person on the phone who decided to hang up on me and said he could not cancel my order. Had to go through the live chat on food hub to get my refund, they rang the takeaway to get them to cancel the order so clearly my order was on their system, absolute robbery!!

First time ordering and the pizza was a let down hard and abit chewy. You know from when a place cant do a decent garlic bread it's bad news, tasteless and chewy with rock hard crust. Not only was it nearly a 2 hour wait for my food but man it has gone to war with my stomach.But....... I give it to them the chicken pieces wer real good some of the best I have been able to eat from blackpool.Soooooo just dont get the pizza u wana chew like a cow get some chewing gum

This is my first time using this takeaway the food was excellent all of my family love it and my son is a really fussy eater will be ordering again from here thank you for the good food 😀
