Viva Vegas Diner, Bar & Grill in Blackpool

Good food but very slow service and a lot of miscommunication between apps, customer, staff. I would advise that you DO NOT scan the code on the table and order via the app. There were no children’s meals, fruit shoots or soft drinks so just made do and ordered other things, however then I noticed other tables with these items. When I asked the waitress she then informed me that the app menu is very limited. So wait for the wait staff to come to the table. We also were asked twice what we had ordered for our mains. When we had finished those I had to ask 4 different members of staff to check on our ice cream which came 50 minutes after finishing our main (bare in mind there were 3 tables being used and 4 wait staff!). When it did finally come this Knickerbocker glory which for £5.95 I expected to be superb was not very appetising and the ice cream at the top had melted.It may possibly be a better experience if not using the app at the table but the chicken burger and chicken tenders were piping hot and lovely, so not a total loss.

This would be a one star review....We saw viva the show... For free! As part of a promotion. It was brilliant. The singers and performers are brilliant and I would usually without reservation recommend them if it wasn't for the terrible bar staff. Let me just say there are waiters that will deliver drinks to the table and they are fantastic but do not venture to the bar.... Even though there are 8 to 10 people behind it... And I was the only customer they will go out of their way to be rude. I will never go to this place again. I cannot believe that the owners don't review their bar staff. Never again.

Firstly I've just seen their recent food hygiene rating is a 1 😳 which is bad enough.Ordered the hangover burger at a bank breaking £18! Doesn't come with anything so we ordered the hangover loaded fries. Nothing loaded about them just a small basket of fries with some chicken strips on top. I also got the mac n cheese which was absolutely disgusting, never tasted anything like it. I mentioned this to the waitress who couldn't have cared less and refused to remove it from the bill. For a burger, fries a bowl of inedible mac n cheese, a glass of Pepsi and a below average coke float it was almost £40!! Really don't understand the hype of this overpriced gimmicky restaurant. I definitely won't be going back and will warn others too.

One of the best burgers I have tasted in a long time, milkshake was great as well. Lovely staff really helpful.

First time visiting today after finding out they're dog friendly .very tasty burger the seasoned fries & onion rings were a little overcooked for my liking but tasty nonetheless will definitely visit again

Fab time here the other night. Great service, nice modern take on American diner in smart purple. Milkshakes were scrumptious, flamingo burgers were delicious and the rack of ribs was fulsome (BBQ sauce was a little overpowering but others may have thought there wasn't enough so better for us to remove some than diners complain of stinginess 😆). Would definitely go again and recommend to anyone 👍🏻🍔🍟🍦🍻

Poor food, brilliant staffThe American diner experience here was something that I was very much looking forward to and the restaurant looked the part.The goodStaff – The waiting staff are excellent, even though they appeared to be understaffed the servers were constantly running around to try and keep up and looked like they were under immense pressure. When dealing with customers they were polite, friendly and professional. The manager here needs to employ more people to help with the strain.Location – It’s a great location, right on the promenadeThe Milkshakes – the milkshakes were awesomeThe BadThe food – Sorry but this was not up to par. The Mac n Cheese was disgusting and felt like it was made with powdered cheese. We paid £8.95 for what tasted like a poorly prepared packet of Kraft Cheesy Pasta. The burger patty was bland and the southern fried chicken strips were okay.The Ugly – The restrooms. Might need a pair of wellies if you need to use them, the floor was like a big dirty puddleThis place has all the tools to be an awesome restaurant. All they need to do is employ more staff, fix the toilets and fix the food.

We stopped over for a meal here while in Blackpool. I enjoy the pork ribs chips and coleslaw with sweet corn..it's a nice cosy place with bright colors and the attendants were an earshot away. I enjoy me meal here.

Staff are very good, helpful and polite. Surroundings are clean and bright with a retro American feel. The burgers are average in size and taste, they are served on a plastic tray with the accompanying fries spread across the tray on a piece of paper, for the price paid I would have preferred a plate(even at fast food outlets you get a disposable box, not just a plastic tray). The trays had water drops on them, I can only assume that they had been cleaned and not dried properly, either way does not seem very hygienic.The chicken is very processed to the point that it has a pressed wood texture and pretty tasteless. I can only say that this place is average.

Nice place inside but 1hr 30mins after you order drinks and still no food. Felt sorry for the Waitress we had as she seemed to be taking on all the moaning from customer but not her fault, kitchen and management needs to pick up their game as it wasn't even half full and lots of complaints going on.Good side, cocktails are nice measures.Change the service plates and bowels aswell looks like the type of bowels I serve my dog and cat food in especially if the enamel is chipped so the plate is rusting. ☹
