Everything was fine at first, lovely girl behind the counter took our order and we sat to wait on food. I didn’t realise that we were supposed to take our drinks to the table (as it was my first time ever🙄) and when our food came I asked about the drinks and the attitude I received from the girl with the multi coloured hair was absolutely embarrassing!! Even my kids looked at me as if to say was she joking? If I didn’t have my kids with me and if the place wasn’t packed out with family and kids then my response would have 100% been different and she would’ve been told exactly what I thought of her…Seems a great place but spoilt by the disgraceful attitude of one silly little girl…

Ate here today, friendly service and nice food on the pier. Had a nice Mr whippy for desert here also.

·

Tasty brekkie & lunch treats at reasonable prices, cooked fresh and served to the table by friendly staff. Plus the views are awesome. And dog friendly too, a destination to be made regular. 🤗

Ordered six donuts looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. Then ordered some tea which was nasty.Won't be back. 🤮

Burgers were really dry, the restaurant was quite unclean despite not having too many people, they hadn’t half of the kids food available and some of the old menus were still out - which by the way, had a much better selection. The burgers were microwaved. I think the worst of it all was when the waitress came over carrying three plates, one of them was held high up on her chest and her hair was dangling down and touching my food. Only positive was that the chips were mediocre but probably has to be one of the worst places I’ve been to in quite some time. Genuinely - please don’t go there. It was a big mistake.

Great place to eat, staff are friendly and helpful, prices are great and food spot on. Will be going back for sure.Wish all the cafes in Blackpool were as good as this, we all loved it. The owner goes out of his way to make sure everything is what customers want

Not much options for vegetarians. Only cheese and onion panini, sandwich are there for vegetarians. But overall good. Nice location with the view of ocean and Blackpool tower.

We stopped at the Wheelhouse cafe for a cake (rocky road ÂŁ1.70, same price for other cakes, such as carrot cake, chocolate brownie, cornflakes cafe, etc) and a drink. Food prices appeared to be very reasonable. Examples of hot food include toaties (cheese, cheese and ham, etc), chips, burgers, sausages, etc. Ice creams available from a hatch outside or from inside. Nice views of Blackpool, can see both the North and South piers, the tower and the pleasure beach.
