Amazing place, amazing food and amazing, friendly staff. We went here by accident as Captain Jack's Bar & Grill discriminated against our disabled son and refused to serve him as he was in a wheelchair! The Wild West Diner was awesome, even opened up the unused door for us to get the wheelchair in. The Wild West theme is great and the food was beautiful. The staff were very attentive. Can't wait to go here again. Definitely check it out. A+

Absolutely loved it , lovely staff , food was amazing and plenty of it. A big thank you to our waitress didn't catch her name but she kindly let our 6 year old little girl who has complex needs help her take some stuff off the table. Our little girl said it was the best food ever. 😋

Nice decor and comfortable seating. The staff were friendly. We waited for too long for our food, 40 minutes after ordering, too long. The food was good, I'd describe it as nothing more than 'pub grub', chips were over cooked but the portion sizes were good. I'd go back for a quick lunch but not an evening meal.

Visited as a family of 4. Arrived at venue, few people waiting however security lady advised 30 mins wait, we were in after 20 minutes. We ordered Ribs, Ultimate Burger and Cajun Burger. All meals came out hot, presented well and really nice. The burger was slight pink inside however piping hot, juicy and full of flavour. One of the best burgers I have tasted, so don't be put off by the colour. All drinks came quickly, only complaint is the hot chocolate came luke warm.Would recommend eating here, staff really pleasant and polite.

Comfortable seats, friendly staff. Food wasn't great though and the sauce comes in sachets. The burger seems to be hollowed out. Let's just say I've had far better. If you want a good burger head to the Hard Rock Cafe, Big Easy or Dirty Bones.

First time I've been here from a mates recommendation, He said go, but when you come here be careful what you order because nearly everything comes with chips, chips, and more chips. But actually amazing food the mushroom soup at the beginning was and very nice & homemadeThe half rack of ribs could have been a little bit bigger but still not complaining the meat falls off the bone.and to finish off the cheesecake was like heaven I'd highly recommend this place given it ago and I love it i will Differently come again so.... if you're just visiting Blackpool or even live here give it ago you'll be surprised😮.
