We've been here in numerous occasions now. Overall it's good to great. In our experience it's "Great" when it's not busy. The food quality (cooking standard) drops as the kitchen team are put under pressure. Slow, without prior warning (one time we had a 35 minute wait for breakfast). Some over cooked items. Some under cooked. We would (and will) return, but not if there's more than 50% of the table spaces taken (due to the problems we experienced, mentioned above.)

My favourite cafe in all of Bolton. I only work around the corner so I nip in a lot. My favourites are the feta and garlic butter jacket, avocado and feta on toast and the porridge with berries! Great atmosphere and design inside.

Been here several times so my rating is more based on previous visits than this one. Thought I would try the fish finger ciabattas, I was sadly disappointed as there did not seem to be much flavour and the fish fingers were cut in half and very thinly spread out. Chips were good as they always are! I would have expected full fish fingers and more flavour. Recommend a visit however as the food is normally top notch and the coffee is great.

Does not disappoint! Lovely staff who are always friendly and smiling. The food is delicious and the menu is fabulous. I always have the green beast smoothie here as it tastes so refreshing! The eggs benedicts are all amazing as is the avocado on toast.

My favourite cafe in Bolton by far. Food always fresh and perfectly cooked, hot and cold drinks are delicious, staff always friendly and attentive. I'm glad this place is always busy, they deserve it.

We looked on Google for somewhere in Bolton that served coffee and cake and wasn't part of a chain. We didn't find many reviews mentioning cake but Amico had excellent reviews for other food so we popped in. Glad we did as they definitely had a lovely selection of cakes and the decaf coffee was great. We had the pistachio & carrot slice and banoffee cake. The other food looked so good too.

I really enjoyed my visit to Amico, their breakfast is impressive. It seems to be a very popular café and that is in no doubt because of their lovely food. The menu is really exciting and there is so much on there I would love to try. The quality of the ingredients is good and the staff are really polite and friendly. This is easily one of the best spots for a meal or a drink in Bolton town centre. Been wanting to come here for a while and I hope to be back soon. Lovely.

Yeah, really good. No criticisms really other than slightly cramped but they're making the most of the limited space they have. All staff we interacted with were really lovely, friendly and helpful. Me and my partner ordered the same - large full English with apple juice. Amazing portion size, perfect in every way. All lovely ingredients of good quality. Will 100% be back again.

Loved the cheesy bacon topped crumpets with poached egg, English breakfast and Cappacino was great. Very busy for a friday morning which is good to see, will definitely visit again
