ASDA Cafe in Bolton

No baskets gotta go and find your own.. staff ignore you and the flashing light on tills .... asda you have let yourselves go to the dogs

Very convenient, and the 24 hour opening is very useful and helps me avoid crowds.

Absolutely shocking. Rude staff behind the cafe counter. We asked what they did as never been before she said "not alot I'm shutting soon" so my 5 year old said to her "what do you have left " to which member of staff replied "there's a menu there read it" shutting or not show some manners

Really bad experience staff are vile on self service practically accused me of shop lifting tried looking in bag when I got my purse out scanned an item they thought was from their store never said sorry. Kept saying I didn't scan it here to go to another one really funny kept watching me when I left store. Disgusting attitude.

Just one till open. Directing people to Trolley Shop which is not practical when shopping with kids. Poor practice from Asda

What ever you do don’t order pizzas from here on JustEat or other delivery services, 4 times I’ve ordered and each 4 times my pizzas have been undercooked, the last order I placed the pizza was literally congealed to the box, the dough was that wet and raw the yeast had actually activated whilst in the box and fused with the cardboard during delivery, I’ve never seen anything like it. I can’t believe that somebody is being paid £9+ an hour to literally take out floppy, undercooked raw pizzas out of an oven and find it acceptable to box them and send them out, you can clearly see it’s raw and would of struggled removing it from the oven to a box due to how flexible the base of the pizza would of been yet still send it out, disgraceful and so disgusting.

The lady behind the cigarette counter is rude! I went there with sandwich and she told me if I wasnt buying cigarettes then I have to pay at the normal till. Why? Why put the sandwich h fridge there if I cant buy it there? Seems like shes making up her own rules because she cant be bothered. Never had this at any other store

Only person with with any customer service skills are the security staff, rest of the staff cant be bothered to help. Wouldnt bother attemting to shop here, claims to be 24h but tried to shop there today and was told they dont serve customers at night.Useless staff, useless management

Larger Asda with lots of parking, really needs a refurbishment but plenty of choice in the store has a Subway and a dry cleaning shop by the car park. Good place to get an easy meal on way home. No petrol station at this store.

Service seems to have gone very downhill at this store over the past few months. I have had major problems with click and collect and returning items. Today i was just printing some photographs which went without a hitch. Unfortunately there was a lady using the other machine and when she got roght to the end it would not take her payment ao she had to start again from scratch on the machine i was using. There was no one available on the photography counter to assist. It had a closed sign on it even though it was only 7pm. If a store is advertised as being 24 hours surely all departments should be 24 hours not just a select few
