Camel One Original in Bolton

We have been there many times and the food was delicious all the time. The staff are polite. Overall a good experience.

Food is good and tasty but quantity is less when compared to Kohinoor next door

Horrible customer service and food was terrible. Overcooked and dry. Chips were stale. Ordered chicken karahi and got lamb. Then had to pay for both. Never again!!

Definitely good food I had a kebab and wow haven't been so Ingrossed with my food for a long time but this place is a gem. Definitely go for the kebabs other items not so much.

Tried Came One for the first time and ordered a Lamb Tikka Madras. It was great and really flavourful with decently sized pieces of lamb in the curry, which is nice to see as some other places sometimes don't put a lot of lamb in their dishes due to the costs. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered 4 portions of seekh kebabs which is 8 kebabs, was given only 4 kebabs which is 2 portions. Food had been made and I waited over 30 minutes, I asked 3 times as to where my food is and the reply was it’s not ready yet whilst all along it was sat on the counter getting cold, no body remembered it. The kebabs were burnt, the chips cold and rubbery.I would not recommend Camel One for their food or customer service.They should be ashamed of themselves, no apology for their mistake or the food going cold

disgusting food!!!! took a bite of red donner it was really dry, stretchy and chewy so i told waiter send it back and send me another portion , but this time it looked like they just poured some oil over the Donner meat so it looks abit different ..also ordered some seekh kebabs but they gave me burnt kebabs...waiters are really dirty keeps wiping his snot with his sleaves still charged me £13.50 only took 1 bite

Absolutely lovely food here. Delicious traditional dishes and the kebabs also taste amazing. Nice staff always smiling upon service.I would have given 5 stars, but the seating area could improve needs a revamp, ideally a warmer temperature as the cold air makes your food cool off more quickly.Cleaner and presentable washrooms please.
