Costa Coffee in Bolton

I don't normally go to this branch, went in only two staff in, waited for 15mins, the staff were rude and had a face on. worst service experienced. the tables were not clean nothing, the branch manager needs to go down and have a look.

I love this branch, the whole team are amazing , I’ve been coming here for 4 years now and I always enjoy my visit.. thank you so much Costa trinity team🙏🏻

Such a pleasant experience .. lovely gentleman served me, helping with my struggle to use app!! A young girl cleared tables immediately after use.. and the lady behind counter helped by carrying a tray to the table... such great service .. an amazing team 🌝

Always a great experience at Costa. A nice variety of food and drink combined with excellent service. What's not to like?

After 4pm not any cakes or buns left. Neither had they decaf coffee available. Over all the place needs a proper deep cleaning.

Not a typical 'coffee shop' atmosphere and I can't put my finger on why. Competent staff (albeit thin on the ground and often distracted) but I can never feel completely at ease there like I'd want from a good coffee shop. Can't give less than 2 stars as it is clean and serves you what you want, has seats & tables. Kinda pricey considering the absence of atmosphere.

Coffee was good if not a bit overpriced, ordered a peppermint tea, in its self is usually very nice. However both the glass cup we were given and the tea pot it was served in had seen better days. The teapot had a large crack on the side which could have seriously split open at anytime and the cup looked as though it had never been washed and had been dryed with sandpaper. The assistant happily exchanged both apologising for not noticing them himself. Second teapot although not cracked looked as though it could have done with a better wash. My large latte was very nice as was Sarah my wife's peppermint tea, although Sarah was disappointed she only got a cup and a half out of the pot (small cups as well). Why can't they fill the pot up or offer you a second pot of hot water. Both had a cake, chocolate brownie and a slice of Carrot with walnuts cake Sarah loved the chocolate brownie my cake was a little dry not up to its usual standard. I will put that down to the time if day which was about 5.30pm, probably it had been standing out for most of the day. I did have two breakfast toasted sandwiches though as they were half price and they were delicious. All the more so I think being half price😊.

Best Costa in Bolton. Great parking, brilliant service and lovely coffee. Could use more seating as usually busy although if sunny day it's nice to have coffee sitting outside. Good staff who take care of customers and have a chat while waiting for the drinks to be made or when clearing the tables.

Very very dirty.Coffee machine and all the equipment in the preparation area were very grubby, rubbish and coffee grinds on the floor, dirty aprons etc. Many of the unoccupied tables and the floor were untidy, we couldn't decide where to sit really.Our coffee and tiffins were very tasty but served with lack of care, tray and utensils given to us were wet and dirty.Staff very friendly but in desperate need of customer care training.Not a great impression. I blame the manager.
