Apple crumble is really terrible compared to other places. Daiquiri had 0 taste the only good thing was mocktail which I could’ve made at home

Desert choices are great. Place has been extended. Had the Apple Crumble with piping hot custard. Divine.

I wouldn’t even rate it a 1 star if I’m honest! I had to wait 45 mins for a collection order! So I was already disappointed to start off with , once I started to eat my food I felt grim , my Mozzarella sticks was hard and the cheese wasn’t even melted , Iv had non food poisoning! Would not recommend to anyone ! Save your money and get it from Tesco and make your own , probably do a better job.

the food took 2 and a half hours for two waffles when they said it would be 30 mins.Awful customer services do not recommend. the food was cold and rubbish not worth the money.

Really poor experience. Heard good things so decided to take a visit when on a staycation from Leicester. Everything about it was poor. Waited 50 minutes for 3 waffles. When we got the waffles, they were absolutely drenched in chocolate. The waffle was literally swimming in the chocolate. Absolutely freezing when eating in store. Staff not bothered, tried to give them feedback but the staff were really not interested, they said if we wanted less chocolate I should have said when ordering. Bear in mind I could have chocolate for breakfast, lunch and dinner if I could but I found the amount of chocolate sickening. Poor customer service topped it off as the staff were arrogant, for these reasons I will not be returning

It's a loved one and a highly hygienic place. I am an employee here. Its desserts are plausible and top-ranked in Bolton. I am impressed by it .

It was once a nice go-to dessert place however in recent years, the waffles are too hard and not soft to bite into and they do not provide the best of customer service as I've had a rude encounter with a worker before over the phone. I'd only recommend the sundaes which are incredible!

Really tasty, pricing is similar to other dessert places. Love the box of 4 mini waffles, let's you get a variety when you can't make up your mind. Delivery times through uber eats are rather long but no issues with it once it had arrived
