Domino's in Bolton

Started to use the Bolton store after a bad experience with the Walkden store. Better pizzas, better customer service, all over a better experience

I have had tuna pizza yesterday 3 hours later went to hospital after food poising sent all night at hospitalI think they used expire tuna or the cheese the managers and the staff needs to be more carefulI’m lucky to save my life after I had blood test and scan plus some medicine 😕still feel not well 🤒

Horrible service. They need to learn how to serve customers. And Domnios doesn't give training to their staff. Such a illerate staff in this Domnios.

Asked for a vegan margarita. This came. It’s full of green herbs and isn’t cooked properly.

Rang to ask if they do NHS discount as was told 50% off, did not inform me that this was on pizzas only and not sides. Ordered over the phone, 1 medium pizza, 1 gluten free pizza and 1 chick n mix box. Arrived to collect, lady brought order over and I noticed there were 4 boxes, I informed her I'd only ordered 3 items and was told the chick n mix was split into 2 boxes. Came to pay and was told it was £33. I queried this and asked if the NHS discount had been applied and was told it had and that sides wernt included. I said it still seems a higher bill than expected for the 3 items but was reassured it was correct, but was not provided with a receipt. Took the order to the car and checked the prices on their website and I had been overcharged my £9. I went back into the shop to discuss this with the front desk and was then given a receipt which showed I had been charged and given 2 chick n mix boxes, even though I queried this on entering the shop. I asked for a refund for the extra chick n mix box, and gave them the item back to be told her would generate this on a system. He apparently wasn't able to do it there and then, which isn't something I've experienced before, so I asked him if I could have that in writing and was given an I owe you with his name on. Whilst in the shop another lady spoke to him in a different language about me, which was very rude and intimidating. Very poor experience and won't be returning again.

Yesterday evening ordered 3 pizzas woke up feeling sick in the middle of the night, me and my kids were sick all night. I'm still not feeling well. Awful pizzas never going to buy from Domino's again. Shame on you Domino's SHAME ON YOU

My daughter just ordered pizza for a family of 3 mine was a mighty meaty they say its the best pizza in town that is a joke as mine tastes like iv just eaten a tub of fat not happy at all so if you want eat fat then order from Domino's

Food took forever to be delivered then when it came the large pizza wasn’t wasn’t what we ordered so not touched the cheese and tomato pizza was that burnt it was covered in burnt cheese bubbles the nachos were absolutely black and we couldn’t eat them. For the price you pay here food should be amazing. Tried to ring 13 times to no answer disgusting service to not even answer stay away not worth the money.

Did a £48 workplace order and everything was cold. Called up to let them know there was an issue and management weren't interested, he was actually quite rude Don't waste your time ringing the branch if there is an issue with your order, go straight to head office.
