Flames in Bolton

It's the first time we ordered from Chilli Flames. Obviously, risky as it was for iftar (Ramadan dinner after day of fasting). We ordered a family meal medium heat, for £25.99. However, they did not dissapoint: all chicken dishes were juicy and tasty, loved the paper package for humus and coleslaw (better for environment). The wedges were a bit oiler than you would expect wedges to be but very tasty. The only down side was the corn was a bit dry, maybe spent too long on the grill. All items were properly wrapped, napkins with logo was a nice touch. We also got complimentary flat bread and a bottle of Pepsi. All hot food was piping hot, delivery was spot on time, so we enjoyed lovely hot dinner even a half an hour after it was delivered. RECOMMENDED! Will happily order again!

I’ve visited this place a couple of times now and I have to say, it’s the closest that’s come to Halal Guys Chicken on Rice for me. The white sauce is amazing the salad compliments the dish well and the staff are very friendly, my only reservation was the wedges, they were tasteless and when I explained this to the staff there was nothing really they did. Would have appreciated them putting some spices on them. Overall I would come back for the Chicken on Rice.@exploreWithKash

Love the food here, butterfly chicken with veg was grilled perfectly & had plenty of spicy sauce. Staff are friendly & always happy to help.Thank you for the excellent food and service.

Absolutely love this place and the loaded fries are to die for. Need a loyalty scheme for how often we go there

WASTE OF TIME ! LIKE AN IGLOO. Looks like they can’t afford their bills. Really tatty place. Food not great. Staff too young and rude. With no customer service skills!

Took 40 mins in getting our order and it was wrong. Staff was slow and not friendly. The food was not nice either. NEVER GOING AGAIN

disappointed today staff was abit arrogant my order don't taste the same yet I always get the same thing I think they've lost me as a customer oh and I wanted some chilli sauce and for the first time I got told its extra money the lads didn't have a clue what they was doing the girls however who do work there are brilliant but unfortunately they wasn't there just got up to add extra to this review as I feel I may have food poison because chicken was not cooked well

I ordered their famous burgers service was fast. Overall good sitting place but was a bit cold. Taste wise it was ok but very ordinary burgers. Ordered two different burgers but same taste just added jalapeno in one. Their menu card has no picture with each menues it is difficult to imagine what you ordering especially when you are hungry. Order was also changed without telling me.

RIP OFF! This is the smallest breast of fillet I have ever seen in my life! Half the pitta bread was empty! You guys are practically printing money at your shop! Disgusting how you charge people extortion prices yet throw out this rubbish to your customers! When I questioned staff they seemed uninterested and said it’s normal for this branch! Well never again will I return and will also make sure family and friends avoid this shambles of a takeaway!

Good taste!Price is a bit high but food quality was really good. I would suggest that they should offer lunch deals starting from £3.5 with chips and drink.Second visit:They really need to step up to the way they serve for the price they charge! Very disappointed! And there were no menus.
