Edit.5/5/22 Unfortunately its it's changed fish to small fish putting 2 together & chips taste different, all round just not as nice as when i posted 1st time below 😭Absolute fantastic chippy by far one of the best around I've not had one bad meal from here. and I've been here many times the fish is always fresh large and a fair price for the menu definitely recommended if you're passing by your local

Just been to get me my missus and our son a chippy tea for a treat and can't believe I have just found 2 hairs in my partners chips and gravy. I think it should be mandatory for whoever works with food, they should have to wear hair nets. I can't think of anything worse than finding someone else's hair in your food. Absolutely discusting.

Got fish and chips Friday tea time, really looking forward to them, i opened the wrapping to find last nights warmed up chips and a small fish filled out with batter, they charged £5.00, for this excuse for a meal, wont be going again, that's for sure, 😡😡😡

Great salt and pepper chips which can be hit or miss depending on where you go, but here they were good.Rest of the food items are your standard chippy style food, no complaints.

I had the most wonderful portion of gluten free chips with gluten free vinegar and curry sauce which is as you already may have guessed free from the demon scourge known as gluten 5/5 would reccomded you all try it.

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star but I had to so I could give a review. I ordered a chip barm earlier on, I ate the barm and the barm was actually nice you can't go wrong with a barm, but I ate a few chips and i had to take it back as it made me feel so sick and I almost threw up, also to add to that the amount I was given wasn't even worth a quid, never going here again even if its for a can of coke

Best chip shop ever!!! The staff are so friendly and courteous and the portions are Fab. The fish is amazing and the chips are cooked to perfection, crisp and light. Huge are so fresh you never get that horrid repeating from the oil that you get with some chippies!!! 10 out of 10
