Frankie and Benny's in Bolton

Love the food and atmosphere, really friendly staff

Good service, we both had chicken parmigiana, quite disappointing, very school meal like, and badly presented, the sauce on the spaghetti lacked flavour, you go to restaurants to have a better meal, but maybe next time I'll cook it myself at home.

Fantastic food at reasonable prices. Helpful and friendly staff. Busy at weekends and evenings so book ahead.

I like Frankie's and Benny's food, most of all spaghetti with tomato sauce and basil.. They even provide to you salt and pepper in all take aways. I feel hungry only just talking about this Restaurant!! Good job guys!! Keep going like this! ^_^

Amazing atmosphere, great variety of food and drink including vegan. And always staff are mega

Great meal, great waiter and overall a great experience out of all the places I've been to for food over the past 12 months F&B smashed it out of the park.No silly menu online or appStaff willing to serve you and talk to youPlenty on offerReally nice foodWell worth a visit if you wish to forget about COVID for a while.Santiago did you proud!

The young lady who greeted us on the door was very polite and welcoming. The food was good and the other staff were attentive. Would return.

The full stack BBQ ribs are to die for! They do 3 course lunch deals which I thought was well worth it. Also for dessert, their brownies are absolutely amazing! Definitely do dine in as the quality of food is better than takeaways. The waiter who served us today was very welcoming!P.s. they do NHS discounts

Probably the worst experience I've had eating out in a long time.I waited at the bar to be seated and decided to get a drink. There were 2 people behind the bar and I didn't get acknowledged. They were busy doing drinks for tables and did at least apologise for my wait.Once seated it was clear that the guy hosting at the front didn't have a clue - staff constantly approached him and the only thing he did was shrug his shoulders and look lost.A couple of parties came through the door and were turned away which was more down to the fact he couldn't cope. The food wasn't even average and I probably could have had better from a straightforward cafe. The waitress that served us did keep it together and was calm even though the place looked in chaos. I wouldn't go back!

A real lacklustre experience as is the way with any Frankie & Bennies.New York Italian is a great idea on paper but F&B simply does not deliver. Food was very average and service at times was a little lacking. Our drinks order was completely lost even though we were sat next to the bar.PositivesFront of house welcome was goodKids menu is better than mostBar staff handled the lost order well. But the food simply isn't up to scratch. Place is in urgent need a re-think/revamp.
