I'd like to start by saying the food was of good quality for a decent price and I personally found the chips to be abosulty delicious. The only down side there was some extras missing from my order and I did have a fairly long wait to get served. I'm sure and hoping this was just a general mistake but will go again to check at a later point.

Used several times in the past they ALWAYS get the order wrong, the Mrs rang to place an order and explained to the man that the last few times we had ordered it was wrong, she read the order to him and genuinely asked him to read it back 3 TIMES to make sure, what happened..............THE ORDER WAS WRONG, ordered 2 donna and chick nan kebabs but they just sent chicken ones with no donna meat, that was the straw that broke the camels back.

I ordered some food over the phone and went to pick it up 15 minutes later. They were quite nice in the shop however when I got home I realised I hadn’t received what I thought I had ordered. I rang the restaurant to ask them if they will change my garlic bread to one that I liked (I dislike garlic bread on its own so wanted it with tomato) and they suddenly became very angry over the phone, began to shout, refused to send me another and blamed it on me ordering the wrong thing, when I know what I like and what I dislike to eat. This should have been the least of my concerns at the time and shouldn’t have been made into an issue by them but it was. What a shame.

The person on the phone was nice, however doesn't excuse the fact they messed up the order. So I ordered Midweek deal D) 12" Any Pizza, 9" Garlic Bread with Cheese, 1 Chips, 8 Onion Rings, 2 Can Pepsi with popcorn chicken. So i ordered a Mighty Meaty Pizza and when the order arrived, it was 2 9" pizzas (Garlic Bread with cheese & a Margietta pizza) and a 12" Garlic bread with cheese. So in form they messed up like half the order by giving an extra 9" pizza and giving the wrong pizza.

Not the best place to have something to eat. The food doesn't taste nice. And the staff can be rude. On the menu it states you get free items over x amount but you don't if it's a meal. But doesn't say that on the menu. Every time you ring and ask for a double chicken burger they always get it wrong and give you a single. When you want just a burger they end up giving you a meal.

Order on a regular basis. Have done for the last 6 years. They deliver quickly staff are nice food is piping hot and delicious. Anyone who had a bad experience must have been really unlucky. We have ordered over 100 times and not once had a problem. Give it another try if something went wrong for you.
