Greenhalgh's in Bolton

To be honest hands down probably one of the best Asian restaurants I have eaten at. The taste of the food is on par with the big guys in the industry. Being local is also a huge bonus. I have been down a number of times and taken loads of different people who have all enjoyed the food.The guys running the place are great and the customer service is superb.A true hidden gem especially given where it is. You would never have thought something this good would be in Bolton.Trust me when I say it's worth a try.

Highly recommend- we've had takeaways from here before that we've enjoyed but went last night to eat in and it was fantastic! Service was great, food was amazing, and atmosphere was lovely. Looking forward to going again!

Not one for reviewing but genuinely feel this place deserves a 5* review for the food! Curries are absolutely delicious as are the starters. The lamb chops in particular are delicious. We always order the Tawa which has a bit of everything on, perfect for families!

By far the most deliouses food I have ever eaten... Definitely go again... Very generous portions and really fresh... Service was beyond excellent... Whole family enjoyed it and can't wait to dine there again....Well done to the chef and thank you so much.......

Went for the 1 year anniversary. Live music was deafeningly loud - I could not have a conversation with my table. The service was absolutely shocking. We arrived at the restaurant at 8:20pm and have only just left at 11:00pm.I had to ask 4 times for glasses, before they were finally delivered 20 minutes later. We were forced to wait 30 minutes for the bill after asking more than 5 times. Felt completely ignored and helpless. We considered leaving multiple times but we couldn’t bring ourselves to do it.The food was actually okay, and I’d therefore suggest ordering from Deliveroo / Just Eat, as they clearly cared more about the food delivery than the restaurant experience.Will never even consider returning and will try to forget this evening as quickly as possible.

Amazing food really authentic. Fabulous service as they had really kind staff who work really hard even when some of them are fasting. Delightful chops, kebabs, curry’s and everything! Also very clean and price is good as well. Thank you soo much for all your hard work and we really do appreciate it!I HIGHLY recommend at least trying the food! Thank You to all the staff in the restaurant! Wish you the best of luck!

We took its Platter contains 6 products and all of them tasted really good. Definitely enjoyed food and had a good timely service provided

Absolutely fantastic restaurant - we've had the two people tower and the six people tower - definitely would recommend!The lamb chops are to die for! And I loved the lamb curry - the lamb really did melt in the mouth.Service has been fantastic both times we have visited. We will be back soon!

Food was fantastic freshly cooked nice nd warm. service was brilliant!!!! nice decor and family oriented. will definitely visit again.

Food was tasty and fresh and 4/5 star but the service was disappointing. Drinks took over 20 mins to get to the table and having been there an 1hr 15min we had received drinks and starters. Mains arrived but we had no cutlery or rice to eat the curry with. They did go out of there way to make the children there own curry which was lovely. I recommend a kids menu and re-training the waiting staff to gain more confidence from customers to return.
