Grillicious Burgers and Shakes in Bolton

The burgers and wings are ok but everything else is bland, too salty or slapped together and not worth the price. Not as good as it used to be maybe due to poor management.

My bf ordered me some chicken strips and curly fries and it was probably the best food I’ve had in a good while and he ordered himself a burger with bacon and lettuce and all sorts on it and he got some chips with cheese and jalapeños with sweet chilly sauce and honestly that’s just like heaven also it said the delivery was supposed to be an hour and a half but I was really surprised as it came within half an hour so it’s great service. Lass at the till was very kind good customer service. But if you're going to this place after looking at its social media pages. Then don't bother as it's nothing like what it shows online. I had the donner parmo and it was literally slapped together. Mixed steak was basic my local deli does it better. Burgers were ok but again if ur travelling to this place for a decent munch then there is better places out there

Forget the Tik Tok videos! the food was bland as anything! Hardly any marinade on the burger! Very poor! I think the girl that made the burger needs more training, either way won’t be going back!

This is the most disgusting place to eat in the north west trust me. After seeing their TikTok we decided to give it a go, first of all the dirty donner has this gritty taste like it had pieces of little bones on the meat and gave mash instead of chips and it tasted disgusting. Even on the leaflets it says if you give them a 5 star review on google and just eat they will give you 10% off next order which u know all the 5 star reviews came from 😂. Absolutely disgusting food go there if you want to waste your money!

Food was bang on! Delivery was fast and food was piping hot! This is my go to takeaway, it never disappoints! Thank you ria & woz keep up the good work ❤️

Absolutely disappointed with Grillicious. I ordered a donner sizzler which is supposed to come with onions and peppers (as stated on the description on here, as well as Uber eats AND the takeaway’s own website) only to receive the donner sizzler with no onions and peppers. I paid for something which I didn’t even get! I then rang the takeaway only to be further disappointed with the rude customer service from the girl who answered the phone. Apparently they had just made the change on their menu and now donner sizzlers don’t come with onions and peppers but it’s not been updated yet?! Clearly that was just a lie and en excuse to get out of admitting that they were at fault! The donner was also quite dry. Safe to say I will never be ordering again!

Got Uber eats delivery. Fast delivery, all correct order. Food was hot upon arrival and really nice. The chips aren’t the best, but the rest made up for it!

Delivery was perfect and on time, which is the best thing I can say about this place, we order full chicken which comes with naan bread and salad and the roulette wings, every bit of chicken tasted the same just VERY VERY TANGY and SOUR. We did tell the girl on the phone make sure u put salad, but still didn't receive any. Didn't enjoy the meal at all. Won't be ording from here again

Two things you definitely need to try if you go here are the steak and chips and the cheesecake, my personal favourites and for a takeaway it's surprisingly the best cheesecake in Bolton.. better than the dessert places! Great service with a smile and good food. Thanks guys will definitely be ordering again.
