Nice place for bowling and fun games . Loved it . Great for children and elderly people as well . It's for everyone to enjoy infact. They got games where you earn tickets to buy a gift according 😍❤There is a bar and sitting area as well. But it's packed when alot of people are present there .Fun place to enjoy and play games

Nice amount of lanes. Plenty of staff on hand on the bars and though out the place. Toilets nice and clean too. Not cheap to bowl however the drinks are really well priced. Would come again

First time visit and it was great. I booked as a treat for my two children (7yrs & 4yrs) and they absolutely loved it. Everything was set and ready for us to start playing. We booked 2 games which was just long enough for the boys. Everywhere was clean and tidy, we will definitely be returning

Went with my granddaughter for a friend's birthday treat. She loved the experience of bowling and the party food later. While she was occupied we treated ourselves to drinks and food. Very enjoyable.

Very nice staff, helpful and cheery, much needed as we hadn't been before. All clean and well maintained, are there too which was good. All had a great time.

Heavily overpriced, paid £10 for 1 game! Paid for VIP and there was nothing special at all! Long delay due to the railings and a technical failure. The 'glow in the dark' pins are pointless, just have a light shining on them.

We thuroughly enjoyed ourselves bowling and in the arcade. The staff are friendly and drink / food service was quick. However its is very expensive and not something I will be doing regularly.

This review is based on the arcade area only which is operated by Hollywood Bowl.After doing a spot of shopping at the Middlebrook retail park with my 5 year old daughter she spotted the arcade and in a very excited manner asked if she could go in and play some games. I agreed but unfortunately the experience turned in to a nightmare.The arcade has video game machines and games of chance where you can win tickets (ticket arcades spoil a lot of the fun and are not value for money but a lot of the arcades have moved to this)Upon arrival we found that about 30% of machines had signs saying the games were out of order a little bit dissopointing but we proceed to play. I exchanged a £20 note at a vending machine and instantly felty luck as a lady said that she had inserted some money but didn't get any change. We then proceeded to play on some machines only to find the first 2 took the money but didn't work. No attendent in site. Not wanting to waste time we played on another machine and won some tickets. My daughter was excited and wanted to try and win some more. We went on the 10 pin bowling machine and between us did a good job and was due a lot of tickets only it didn't pay out and said it had run out of tickets. I asked around a few members of staff and the passed me on to reception who wasent interested and said they would send someone over 15 minutes later my daughter was board and we tried another machine near by, same issue. After a few more plays we managed to win about 500 tickets. You can't get anything of any value with 500 tickets but a 5 year old child is always excited to receive a prize.We finally headed towards the ticket machine to convert the tickets to a receipt to collect a prize. After inserting a long line of tickets and watching the machine chomp them up and count them part way through the machine bloke down. What a surprise. Not a staff member in site.Please avoid at all costs, its a waste of time and money. If your worried about covid_19 your mental health probably wouldn't survive.

Easy to book online, staff super friendly and tasteful decor (pop star themed, think Elvis Presley and Marilyn Monroe). Not tried the food so can’t give 5/5 and the bowling bowls weren’t hygienic as we had to share with the team next to us. The bowls were a little on the heavy side for me as I’m used to the smaller ones but overall a brilliant idea for a fun date. The arcade was easy to navigate and had a lovely busy atmosphere without feeling claustrophobic.
