Loved it at first try 😊 10/10

Food wasnt bad but couldnt make the duck pancakes as the pancakes had all broke.

Excellent food. Very tasty. Good portion sizes. I would recommend Amd certainly order again. Try Hong Hu I don't think you will be dissapointed.

despite previous orders being delivered within 20 mins and being of very good quality tonights offering was far from pleasant. After ordering it online we had to make two telephone calls to chase up the delivery which eventually came more than one and a half hours later. The chips were cool and undercooked and the crispy shredded chicken was rubbery.We are sad to have to report this as we have always been happy with the service and quality but this evening's performance were unacceptable

Didn't enjoy the food, it took 1 n half hours to be delivered, not good, do not recommend, UPDATE... I was quick to give a bad review, just annoyed delivery took a while, food was ok just a bit cold, uping from 0 stars to 3 stars.

Food arrived 1 and a half hours from when we ordered. The food was luke warm and overloaded with chillies, couldn't eat it.

They got the entire order wrong missed a lucky box sent 2 of the same starters and brought a starter as a main but then refused to give me a refund for the extra item and dearer starter because they can't take it back once delivered how dare they when I tried to refuse the item at the time of delivery. Came back 3 times because they kept bringing the wrong dish (black bean) and then told me on the phone that I ordered something else which the name I've never even heard of so pretty impossible. Food was low quality. Such poor service do not eat there.

Ordered a takeaway delivered to Adlington, heard a lot of good things so was looking forward to our food. The person taking the order took the wrong address and when I rang an hour and a half later they decided to blame me for the mistake of taking the wrong address and tried to explain that they tried to call several times. I was watching my cameras from the allotted time if delivery and obviously no one called( wrong address) I called again and asked what the problem was? I asked if I ordered again and had to wait another hour (because apparently there were no drivers) could I have a discount (first order new customer) I was told no , so I cancelled…. Failed Hong Hu ??!???

I’ve heard a lot of mixed reviews about timings of the delivery service. But I’m so glad I ordered. This is on par with Golden Harvest! Best Singapore vermicelli I’ve had in a long time!!! And the crispy seaweed is crispy too! The order arrived well within 45 minutes (more like 30minutes) and it was piping hot. I will be ordering again soon no doubt!! Thank you Team Hong Hu 👍☺️ 👍☺️

Decided to try after reading the reviews but wasn't impressed. The salt and pepper chips were bland and flavourless. Egg fried rice and curry sauce was ok. The Singapore vermicelli would have been good but it was drenched in oil. Singapore vermicelli is supposed to be a dry dish. Would not order again.
