·

Friendly and welcoming with a good selection of well kept real ales plus lagers and Guinness

·

Nice pub, seems popular with the locals, good selection of beers.

·

Unfortunately my Doom-Bar wasn't drinkable, and I only had a half. It was vinegary and cloudy. Hence the 4 stars not 5.

·

Great pub with a fantastic atmosphere

·

Nice local Bit small for current covid situ but generally a good spot

·

Lovely friendly little bar with great service.

·

A proper locals local. Always assured of a warm welcome.

Even in COVID this place has a warm homely feeling. The locals are so welcoming. Feel part of the family now. Hope the management and staff come out the other end of the uncetanty of things and continue to provide this unique experience. Fingers crossed for you all and see you soon x

Never visited the premises but I heard that the premises got it's name when the landlord came to register the premises with the local authority he forgot the name of the premises and made up a name when asked.Update I visit the premises on Sunday 25/06/2018 after I received an invitation from the owner, I was met with pleasant customer's, customer service what can I say but 10 out of 10 top notch, selection of beers open to be enjoyed by different people.Just what more could have to say .But this is a place for people to enjoy. With regards to the food aspect I cannot comment as I haven't tasted anything yet.I eventually tried the food while there, all I can say is there is room for improvement on this aspect, all in all I am open minded on the experience there. And I will not be rushing back to the place in the near future.

Good pub that serves great pizzas. Good selection of beers with friendly staff. It is a victim of its own success however as it's difficult if not impossible to get a seat at peak times and the bar is largely inaccessible due to people standing at it which can be frustrating. The place is expensive with Carling at 3.50. They have a small selection of pies and snacks which are average price. There is some outdoor seating and a canopy for smokers. Wheelchair users can get in easily but may struggle with how tight it is inside. Dogs are welcome as are kids up to 8pm.
